My opinion of the shoe, the shoe is designed to allow you the most amount of freedom that a shoe can offer you . The shoe is for very shifty players, with strong leg, strong, ankle mobility, hip mobility, and a strong lower back if you suffer from any of these joint mobility problems, then you may wanna work on your mobility and strength before you get into this type of shoe if you are already sufficient in your mobility and flexibility, then this is a great shoe for you to learn how to get shifty in and to be shifty in.
