Please tell me, do ski resorts in Switzerland require a helmet even for adult men? Can I just rent a helmet? Thank’s

You can rent one. You don't need to have one, but it is 2023 and it is really common sense to have one. No matter how good you ride, you can be Michael Schumachered at any time.
From someone who is really not risk-averse: Buy yourself a nice helmet. It's also warmer :)
