- Here is my yearly montage of the original "The Log" . The Log is in the mountains of Pennsylvania in an area only known as WMU 4D, if you search the internet for that you will see the area.
There is also some never before seen videos at the last part of the montage, basically from August and September 2021, and a couple new critters never before seen on The Log, can you figure out which ones?
I hope everyone enjoys!
I hope you realize how very much your videos are appreciated! Absolutely calming and delightful, watching God's creatures use their log bridge! thank you, thank you, thank you!
Long live the log!!! ❤🙌❤
You bet. The Log lives on.....
The Log videos have been my salvation during Covid. Whenever I need to forget what's going on, I watch one of your videos. I'm so grateful that you continue to record and post these amazing chronicles of wildlife in your area.
I love seeing the date and temperature and the change in foliage and water level is startling at times.
Yes, same! Love the date and temp!
Unfortunately the temperature probe on the Browning cameras are usually unreliable
@@joeb302 But they're probably roughly accurate. Bears like to take a cooling dip on a really hot day, apparently.
WOW, WOW and WOW! The editing and the patience it took to record this are mind blowing. I’ve often said that Pennsylvania is the most beautiful state in the union. We’ve got it all. Thank you for an outstanding idea and video.
Glad you enjoyed it!
LOVE this video in particular because we see the passage of the seasons in the landscape. It changes so much over a year. And also seeing all the wildlife activity at The Log. Thanks for doing this.
Thank you for letting the sounds of nature provide all the background sounds. No music!
For those who KNOW... you know it does not get better than this. ..Many thanks to you Mr. Bush... many many thanks.
Wonderful video, thank you so much for putting it together!! I particularly enjoyed watching the herons catching a fish and gobbling it down. ;-) It's fun and amazing to see all the different wildlife! Thanks again for all your time and effort!
0:31 🐻 The bear 😂
1:04 The eagle 🦅 Majestic
Your “Log” is an escape from the the everyday stresses, and emotional and physical pain that people face in their life. All the animals are beautiful and mesmerizing! I love wildlife and cricks. Thank you so very much for sharing your stunning videos with us. Your work is greatly appreciated.
Other animals: what a great way to cross the river!
Geese: ah here we go again…
Thank you for naming our pa critters
Hard to pick a favorite. I love all of them. ❤️
Wonderful!!! Loved the clear water and the mink
Wow... incredible diversity of wildlife in this spot. Great footage of the Great Blue Heron catch some trout... the Fish is fabulous to catch on video. Handsome Black Bear and it was great footage of him diving I to the water for a swim. The Great Horned Owl (Likely a male) was really nice and I enjoyed the Manx. All my best...
❤️ the bear and the eagle!
Thanks Bob. It is amazing to sea the variety of wildlife crossing the Log in the crick!
Loved the ducklings
Thank you so much for this. Your videos bring me great peace in the midst of pain.
This is why its so important to keep our rivers and streams clean and free from pollutants.
Thank You so much for these extended videos. Animals are one my favorite beings on earth. 💞
Great video, I really enjoy these. Seems every creature in God’s kingdom is reluctant to get their feet wet. I noticed that the vast majority start on the far bank of the creek, and walk toward the camera (except the bears). Wonder why.
Thank-You for these lovely LOG videos. It's the best therapy for calming your stress and worries. BEAUTIFUL ~
The crane looks to have a broken leg, but he seems to be faring well enough. Good fishing too.
Wonderful. Loved watching each month of footage roll by with the change of seasons and the animals visiting the Log
Wow. Bald eagle and a wolverine
The eagle was great…nice work again!!
Never fails to thrill and amaze us. Better all the time. Bobcat, porcupine, heron wow
I love seeing these kinds of videos, watching animals get up to some of the strangest things we might not have even totally expected from them in their natural environment. We tend to like to think ourselves unique in our peculiarity and in our diverse personality and occasionally out of character acts, but then nature reminds us that we evolves from the ancestors of these animals and that we are animals ourselves. And this is a fun little example of that.
Thanks for posting these. It's always a treat when you put up a new one.
one of the best videos out there
Love your animal nature videos. Living their normal lives with some food and your help. Bless you 🙏.
Love your videos Bob!
Fisher!!! Did you know they were around before catching her on the trail cam? Never seen one in the wild and would love to.
These are always so enjoyable. Thank you!
"And I think to myself, what a wonderful world".... 🎵 I agree with another commenter... Your videos are so lovely! A glimpse into the world of animals close to home. So glad you share them with us!
That was amazing. Thank you.
So calming and intriguing to watch these animal walk by, fish, cross the stream. See the bear cub grow up ( I'd like to think it's the same bear cub) I'm surprised by every animal that turns up. Thank you!
Wonderful log movies ! We always need logs!
Loved it. I don't remember ever seeing a skunk, but unable to guess the second one.
Yes the skunk, a rabbit made a very short nighttime appearance
Just saw this. Wonderful video! I don’t recall seeing a Bald Eagle 🦅 at the log before and didn’t know they lived in PA! ❤️
Thank you again for sharing! Just absolutely love watching it.
Thanks all of starring !
What part of Pennsylvania is this? I didn’t know there were places with such diverse wild life.
omg the bear!!
Excellent compilation!
Many thanks!
Mammals use it as a bridge but birdies see it as a barrier!
great video, thanks for sharing it. Cheers
Outstanding as always.
Great editing! Thanks for doing this!
Awesome video! Thanks Bob!
I am from small town Saskatchewan, and this is the first I've heard anybody else refer to a small river-like body of water as a "crik" outside of my small town. Is it also a thing in Pennsylvania?
Can't speak for all of PA, but the rural northeastern part I live in tends to pronounce it like that as well. I'd wager it's pronounced like that in many of the southern states and wherever elements of that culture are emulated (parts of upper state New York for example). There's a reason why PA is often referred to as Pennsyltucky :)
yess!! I watch it every single year! Thank you! I can’t imagine how long this takes!
AN OWL! THAT WAS SO COOL! LOVE your log videos. Destress!!!
Wonderful!
Such a lovely break from all the ugliness on the world right now. Thank you!!!💌
These videos are awesome!
Awesome 👏😎 thanks for sharing !!!!
Amazing. This is a treasure.
So glorious to watch the log through all four seasons! We very much enjoyed it, and wondered if you leave camera on 24 hours a day, and then sift through for animals? Also, why is that particular log so popular? Finally, we noticed a couple of different animals that looked like maybe otters and/or martens? Were those all minks? Thank you for this beautiful channel, Bob!
I just see Gods providence
Thank you!!!!!!!
Lovely video. Love seeing the change of seasons. Are the leaves changing up your way? Just starting down hear in SE PA.
Was hoping a trout would jump over the log.
What are the new species?
The skunk & rabbit are the never before captured critters.
skunk-chipmunk-eagle- yet to see a red squirrel or grouse- over 40 years at my cabin up in the mts. of game lands 57 wyoming county with a small steam flowing behind my cabin into a small pond and the west branch of the Mehoopany creep in front of my cabin- this year not seeing many birds-animals-etc like all the other years-on my trail camera's at the cabin and etc. My friends are saying it too.
