Brock and Scheana really complement each other in a great way.
I was bullied in high school by the same three girls...I told my Dad and he told me if I don't stand up to them they will never leave you alone. I remember walking into the gym from playing tennis outside, they were sitting in the bleachers and started on me, I chased them and hit them with the tennis racket...to this day if they see me they're very respectful to me..stand up for yourself no one else will.
The conversation about your childhood friends makes so much sense why you tolerated Katie & stassi for so long 😢 sending you love and light. So good to see you in a better place

So cool to listen to you guys while I cooked and cleaned my house and trying to recover from Covid. You guys are so grounded, my afternoon flew by, had to put you on pause so many times but should have used my phone instead of my laptop, lol.
Katie’s triggers are no one’s responsibility but hers. It’s very rich for her to expect anything from Scheana seeing as she’s been a big bully for 10 years. Katie has never been loyal or had Scheana’s back in any situation so she shouldn’t expect Scheana to do whatever she wants
Disagree... Sheana was in Katie's wedding, and they were at peace at that time. I felt it was flip-floppy to push people together when Tom and Katie agreed friends group was hands off. Raquel and Tom are both single and free to date who they please. I just felt Sheana pushing for it and disclosing Katies sleeping around was messy.

@@Serenaincali Yes! Thank you! She made fun of her singing, her oral surgery, her wedding dress... The list goes on and on! Katie has always been hateful to Scheana. The only reason she had her be a bridesmaid was because of the show.
Katie’s mean, bullying, controlling, and snobby ways are a mask for her insecurities. Never liked her on the show. I hope she finds self-worth and love for herself.

Katie was wrong to say that but Sheana was wrong to push Tom and Rachel together when Tom and Katie agreed not to date in the friends group. Tom was wrong to agree to it 2. Rachel and Tom are single and can do what they please. But then Sheana also disclosed Katie's dating life to Tom... not her place to share. Then Katie comes back at Sheana's flip-flopping and Sheana feels wronged (even though she started it). We're you friends w Katie or no? How would you have liked Katie setting up your ex w girls in the cast or disclosing to him who you're sleeping with?
I always enjoy listening to your podcast. I feel like it’s relatable and true to its reality. I love how both you and Brock are trying your best to change how you are (breaking that generational cycle) so that Summer doesn’t go through it. That is something that I’m trying to fix with myself and for the sake of my kids. It’s not easy cause sometimes we get confused if what our kids are doing is part of that cycle we are trying to break or maybe it’s something else. So then we get to the point that we may second guess ourselves during that moment.

I’m really glad I stumbled across Scheana’s vlogs because this season on VDP rules I’ve really enjoyed watching the clips with Scheana and Brock and these videos allow us to get to know Brock much better and not how Bravo wants to present him. I was watching the videos of Summer’s birth and after and I was so impressed with Brock. His completely natural interest in learning about breastfeeding and helping Scheana thru labor, and paying attention to every word every Doctor said, wanting to do everything and anything for his family. I honestly believe Brock would breastfeed if he could! That’s a true compliment to him btw… many men just automatically think there’s a mother’s role and a father’s role … but Brock is confident and secure with himself that he is so natural and easy being an amazing parent. There’s nothing more attractive than a man who will and does do anything for his wife and children….I think Brock was poorly introduced his first season and Lala’s involvement didn’t help so I was really glad to see her apologize and it’s do obvious she regrets it and truly loves Brock. I’m sure Lala is so thankful for S and B’s friendship during this really brutal time she’s going through.

Ive been watching VPR since the episode crossover from RHOBH. Scheana was made for reality tv, for that show especially, from day 1! And i honestly dont think shes fake. Shes who she is and shes also at work on the show and she understands the assignment! She brings it all and don't forget that certain seasons, the editors were ganging up on her with their unfair edit and stuff. And guys read the room: understand the assignment is different than being calculative and manipulative.
I love how supportive Brock is of Scheana and vice versa. I love the show. All the main bring something to the table and its like a cool crazy family vibe.
Ill admit i dont follow gossip so some stuff or drama off camera im not fully aware of but i watched the 3 episodes and shes honestly stellar. I really dont know how the cast manage to bring it every season and how they manage their relationships on and off cam and still stick together as a bunch like a family.
Anyway quick question. Ive always wondered does Cortney has the same biological parents? I waited few years before asking but never heard Scheana mentioning it so i hope its not bad to ask.
I think Arianas gut feeling she knew something was going on, maybe not with Rachel, tho. She stayed in the relationship because she needed to find out who was the culprit.

I agree... Katie is still processing, and here's a gal in her wedding trying to set up her ex in the friends group and disclosing her sex life to him all on her radio show. I love Sheana but damn, Katie was so hurt (and wrong to say vile things).
She's low key a narcissist they way she telling Tom how to live his life is troubling to watch, its like its OK for me but he can't make out with anyone....she still wants to write the narrative and control Tom which she's always done......I wish her luck in finding a man that will allow her controlling ways...
I have to commend both You & Brock. Summer being so little I can already see her confidence.
When I see Summer jump from the side of the pool to either of your arms. She also seems to try everything. I would be scared as a kid even now to do that.
My daughter and 12 yo granddaughter (and me) have anxiety....they have it worse than me. Brock almost sounds like he's poo-pooing that anxiety can be a real thing. Mindfulness is a great thing for kids to learn because that can help with anxiety and it takes time to get good at.
Total replay crew because I didn't see this one...gotta comment on the diet stuff. I see a nutritionist and the food pyramid is no longer in play. It's a circle "plate" of food and they really push having a rainbow of colors on your plate. Love you all!!

Katie is and always has been a bully. I have compassion for people like her because she is obviously in pain, but she needs to step up for herself and do the internal work. She isn’t even self aware yet. I can tell I’m going to find her unwatchable this season. The things she has already said on camera are mean and wrong. Love listening to the pod. Good stuff as always!
If your supposed close friend tried setting your husband up with another one of your friends especially. You’d lose your mind as well. I can’t even begin to imagine how scheana would react if the roles were reversed. She’d probably be seriously medicated or in a hospital taking a “ mental “ vacation.

YES! Sorry commenting as im watching. She said it best. Scheana is not maliciously messy. Its unintentional and thats one reason, not the only one, why shes so good for this show! Example of calculation: James throwing Faith under the bus for a storyline. Another example of maliciously messy: Lala being unnecessary mean and messy which often feels its for airtime but here thats just my intuition talking. Already said i like all the cast, they all bring something to the show but just wanted to make a comparison.
Tell your sis not to talk about if she auditions for BB. I’ve heard people getting kicked off for talking about it too early!
I started rewatching Vanderpump from the beginning and wow the way those girls treated you was so wrong! You have such a bubbly personality, you are beautiful and have a great heart so it must have made them feel threatened!

I just want you to think about one thing. Just take a moment to really digest this situation if it were to occur. Say you and Brock are happy in love and together and married for 10 years. You decide to divorce for whatever reason. You need the love and support of your friends more than ever. Then here comes one of your supposed close friends trying to purposefully hook Brock up with another of your friends in this friend group you have. Really think about how that would crush your heart on so many levels. An if you say it wouldn’t then you’re outright lying. Bc that would be a betrayal to anyone. I really hope you can grasp and understand that.I hope you can learn from this situation and apologize from the heart for hurting someone on such a deep level. I hope you can be the kind,thoughtful person you say you are. Be the friend you’d need in that situation.
GMO wheat does not exist in any of the food we can currently consume. A simple google would tell you that. Grains are good for you. Fibre is good for you. Don't listen to Brock for nutritional advice.

I have tried for 10 seasons to find some semblance of decency with Katie, and every season she's giving stick in the mud, rude, miserable, and thrives on projecting her bitterness on to others. She's always playing victim when there's drama, refusing to take accountability for anything. And, the sense of entitlement she exudes is disgusting. Scheana, I look forward to your scenes every episode, and I'm so happy that you are happy and that you are winning.
Brock you had good nutrition advice when you pointed out about not going overboard with processed foods and making sure you consume veggies, fruits and protein. BUT then it went downhill from there lol when you talked about GMOs and wheat clearly not knowing what you were saying and spreading misinformation :/ GMOs are actually not a thing and just a fear-mongering marketing strategy for companies to get others to buy their products when they put the label of “non-gmo.” Did you know fruits are genetically modified? Everything has been processed in some form and it’s NOT a bad thing 🙄 With that being said, eating wheat provides the fiber and other nutrients you need for good digestion, feeling more satisfied, brain health, and so much more. So just FYI
