    French student here in Chemical Engineering !
    Thank you very much for all your videos. They are very concise and refreshing. I do appreciate a lot how you apprehend the physical & chemical concepts and explain them clearly. Always a pleasure to find out you did a video on a subject I'm studying !
    Hope you will keep going on !

    That's a very precise and complete explanation. You made some quality content here, it's a shame you don't have more subscribers. Keep on the good work!

      Thanks for the kind words. Don't feel bad for me, though. I'm making these videos for my students -- any extra views are just a bonus.

    please sir how to proof the equation is either correct for the fraction of the surface covered, and can I draw a graph of V against P instead of Tita??

    isnt theta zero value is 1?

    • @PhysicalChemistry
      @PhysicalChemistry  Рік тому

      No, this is somewhat confusing because the meaning of θ is a little different than for the Langmuir model.
      θ₀ is the fraction of the surface that is covered by exactly no adsorbate. Note carefully that it is not the fraction that is covered by at least zero layers of adsorbate, which is probably what you were thinking.
