@@s.s2938 Hello there. I think you're asking Arin the OP about their progress but I'll share mine in case it helps anyone. About 2 months ago when I left my comment I was at the end of a year or-so long road where I kept trying to become a very focused, very disciplined individual. I could do it for weeks at a time, even a couple months in a row but it was never permanent. It wasn't the actual me, it was just periods of who I wanted to be. Well I'm finally that person! 😁 The 3 things that helped me the most: 1/ Write down the things you Need to do each day and after that short list, write down what you Want to do. 2/ Get started as quickly and as early as possible. Ex: If you woke up at noon, get some water, get10 mins of sunlight, maybe a quick brunch or healthy snack and start your #1 thing during brunch or right after. 3/Stay focused on your list and remind yourself that anything you do outside the list is costing you big-time. Every 10 mins, 30 mins of distractions or things not on your lists lead to 1, 2, 3 hours or more that robs you of what you really want and need to do that day. Do this for a couple weeks every day and you'll feel a big urge to keep going. Why? You'll like the mother-effing results man! Wish u all the best!! 👊
