Thanks for the clear video! Quick rant: earlier Infiniti/Nissan models used all philips screws instead of torx screws for this same procedure. They worked just fine and philips is common and easy to get. So annoying that I have to go to my tool box to find a torx spec I hardly use. Rant over.
I always wondered why the guys at the oil change place never pressure me to buy a new cabin air filter. I see now that it would take them 20 minutes to get the old filter out then reinstalled after I told them 'nah, I'll do it myself.' Jeez, Nissan.

They usually will only offer changes on cars with easier installations.
