Hi! How are you doing today? That was so nice of them to send you those beautiful roses. Your house must smell sooooo gooood. Like you’re sitting outside in a rose garden. God bless❤️
❤😊 So when you take $1 bills for your challenges, you decide which envelopes you'll round down while doing your budget? If so, how do you decide which ones to leave $1 bills in?
Hi Hailey. When I do my cash unstuffing, I usually have a lot of ones… I like to have my envelopes with flat amounts and not with many singles, excluding “bills”… so the envelopes with singles, I will remove those and add them to my $1 savings challenge. Ex. If clothing has $103… I would removed the $3 to leave $100 in my clothing envelope and the $3 would go toward my $1 savings challenge. If car insurance had $502, I would most likely leave it as is because I most likely calculated an exact amount.
Living paycheck to paycheck is what this zero based budgeting is as well. I assign EVERY DOLLAR OF INCOME to a category, whether that’s for a bill or eventually spending or savings. I would start writing everything down, all income and bills expenses down. Once you have a bottom line “remaining balance” that’s the amount you have to distribute to your sinking funds. If you are in the negative after writing down your income and bills, then you really need to consider second jobs or higher income. I would recommend listening to some of Dave Ramseys podcasts or Rachel Cruz.
Hi Marina! 🤍 Yes. I took all of the money to the bank, including the $800. I originally thought I needed it… apparently I didn’t 😅 but, to answer your question, yes. Deducting the $800 from the total… $5,200 was what I took out of my binders.
Like #10, but first comment I believe. Whoop whooppp 🎉... here watching you while I cook!

I use goodnotes and import my trackers to track my spending.

😅 yeah… i love it! I find myself moving it around so I won’t spend it accidentally 😂
I love watching your videos. What budgeting app do you use?
How do I get started with this. Right now I am almost living paycheck to paycheck. Is this even possible for me?

I just have a question. Did you take the 100’s you added to the tray in the beginning?

Why there is a sticker on the 100 bill
Hi! 👋🏼 it’s a prop bill. And I just added the stickers to be cute and easily identifiable 🥰
