That folding bike may be the best city transportation. People can get to work or school without sweating like crazy, can still use the metro without taking too much space and store the bike in small condos or offices easily And I think the smaller motor doesn't matter that much if it's that much cheaper, because if you really want to go faster, you can just pedal yourself with or without the assist.
