Just wonderful, I been tryin to find out about "manual adhesion release tennis elbow" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - Eiyamilla Reputable Expediency - (search on google ) ? It is a smashing one of a kind guide for discovering how to end your tennis elbow problem without the hard work. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my brother in law got cool results with it.
Funny thing about the tennis elbow test from a patient's perspective. If the patient has it, their response won't be subtle. I hissed loudly in pain. Two years post-injury and I still have symptoms.
Nice Video! Excuse me for chiming in, I am interested in your thoughts. Have you thought about - Mackorny Tennis Play Blueprint (probably on Google)? It is a smashing one of a kind guide for Eliminating Tennis Elbow Pain without the hard work. Ive heard some super things about it and my mate got amazing results with it.
Great Video! Apologies for chiming in, I would appreciate your opinion. Have you ever tried - Parlandealey Flexible Elbow Process (erm, check it on google should be there)? It is an awesome one of a kind guide for learning how to cure tennis elbow minus the normal expense. Ive heard some super things about it and my GF got cool success with it.

It is a good exclusive guide for learning how to cure tennis elbow without the headache. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my close friend Aubrey after a lifetime of fighting got excellent success with it.
Thanks for the video! Please clarify - I thought that with lateral epicondylitis, the patient should have pain with supination and extension of the wrist. Thanks!
Supination and extension of the wrist would be stretching the flexors which relates to medial epicondylitis, this video is wrist flexion and pronation of hand to stretch arm extensors which relates to lateral epicondylitis
Hey Clyde, the goal for this test is to maximally lengthen the extensor carpi radialis longus+brevis, so you would always need maximal pronation, wrist flexion and elbow extension and possibly a bit of ulnar deviation. Which way you build it up does not matter too much, this is just how it was described by Mills.
+Nene Cuty If we don´t mention any recent articles in the intro of a video, we always refer to 'Magee - Orthopedic Assessment'. You could potentially do this test in sitting as well, might be inconvenient though to extend the elbow!
hi everyone ,if anyone else is searching for best tennis elbow relief try Sovallo Elbow Formula Fixer (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some super things about it and my mate got great results with it.
+Eliyah Rosenbluh Hey Eliyah, according to Magee, no deviation movement is described for this test. In order to stress the extensor carpi radialis longus and brevis even more, you would have to perform additional ulnar deviation though, because you try to provoke these muscles through stretch.
Palpate lateral epicondyle fixate end of humerus Elbow 90degree flexion Passive pronation to forearm Passive wrist flexion From flexion go to full range extension Positive sign pain in the lateral epicondyle
+Nathan Rivera-Melo The test itself can be done in 10s. However, most people appreciate statistical values, an explanation of the steps as well as an explanation what should be done. People that don't can still skip

Agree, don't think we state something different in the video, do we?
Supination and extension of the wrist would be stretching the flexors which relates to medial epicondylitis, this video is wrist flexion and pronation of hand to stretch arm extensors which relates to lateral epicondylitis
I think that video is incomplete: "prueba de Mill test" is A SUPINATION TEST too(NO only STRETCHING TEST)
THANK YOU!
You're welcome, happy you like our content and thank you for following Irro!
Very useful. Thank you
+Jaume Casas Flotats glad we could help!
can we also like passively supinate , extend wrist, extend elbow? from an elbow flexion 90deg, pronated arm and closed fist

Why is grip strength diminished with patients who have lateral Epicondylitis?
Mostly due to pain
Lol did this with myself and screamed
It freaking sucks

what about radial deviation?

Which football teams do you two mates support?
Kai: Bayern Munich and VfB Stuttgart and Andreas 1.FC Cologne
Sounds like the terminator.
Just take vitamin C for collagen synthesis and it will help to reduce inflammation .
Please speak a little slower when giving several mvmt instructions. I keep missing one!
Palpate lateral epicondyle fixate end of humerus
Elbow 90degree flexion
Passive pronation to forearm
Passive wrist flexion
From flexion go to full range extension
Positive sign pain in the lateral epicondyle

lol your an idiot, the explanation is good and thorough, no point showing a test if you don't know what it is used for
why you had to make those silly time wasting introductions? :D
