I have pain on my upper left back(on left scapula) and sometime radiating to my whole left hand and am unable to sit for longer time coz of pain. Am suffering from this pain from last 4months since I started work from home. I did took appointment with orthopaedic doctor and physiotherapist as well took lot of medicine from last 3months but still not reduce. Is this something you can help ?
