It's lovely, but two things for me personally. 1) is it possible to find new construction that close to the place with only one level? 2) is it my perspective or do you feel like you are sitting in the kitchen and where would you place the tv? Lots of room otherwise.

Attractive however at that price point I think the kitchen in particular leaves one wanting for much
