Thanks so much for the info re: paints! I love your dolls - such artistry and skill. I also love your enthusiasm for costuming! That and the facial expressions you create make the dolls come alive.
@@katedunn4649 thank you so much for saying so, means a lot!! Hehe I truly can't help myself when it comes to dressing them!! Thank you again and Happy making to you!!❤️
Oh my gosh I LOVE her so much!!! I just subscribed to your channel. Do you have a comprehensive online class to sculpt a face? I know you have some shore YT tutorials which I appreciate. Thanks for sharing!
@@robindudleyhowes thank you so much for joining in on the fun, and also for loving her!! As of now I do not have a comprehensive class on faces or anything else at the moment. It is possible in the future that may happen. However in November I will start a more detailed step by step of 2 doll sets I have made in the past. These two doll sets will be Christmas themed and I will have more of a detailed type video focusing on their faces. I hope this helps and I am glad to have you here for all the fun!! Thank you again Happy making to you!!☺️❤️
Wonderful! I've watched only a couple of your videos. I'm wondering what type of paint you use on the wool to create expression on your faces. For your found objects, do you use a craft paint?
@@katedunn4649 Hi there and thank you!! The paint on faces is not actually paint. I use a brush but it is either makeup, chalk pastels some use pan pastels as well. On my found things, yes that is regular craft paint. I hope I answered that well. ❤️
@@vgbedeian I do have a video for making an armature and faces. However starting in November I will be revisiting some of my doll sets I have made in previous years. In these up coming videos I will start from the very beginning, of building bodies, face till the end of creating their clothes. These videos will be done in parts but more detailed. I hope this helps, thanks for asking! Happy making!! ☺️
