Same in rawalpindi in last 4 years they increased the mantinance charges from 4000 to 10,000 for one kanal house. Now this month they decrease 4000 in miscellaneous and shifted to electricity bill,beside increasing the unit rate to rps 4 per unit for residential and residential for commercial.
I wouldn’t recommend anyone Bahria Town…..Thanks for sharing and opening eyes of the people who were and are thinking of investing in this massive real estate market 👍🙏

Mudassar Sb, good analysis! You have highlighted BTK issues for quite long time..can you share how much is average monthly cost of electricity,water, gas, Internet & maintenance paid by residents.

Actually, Same black sheep's, those had ruined country for their benefits, now over BTK. And builder's/mafia are not giving possession of the property on time..., so how come BTK grow revenue.

The only viable way to solve this and remove burden from residents is to charge plot owners non utilisation fee after not using the land for couple of yeats post allotment.

Excellent analysis by Mudassar Iqbal,the management is responsible for this ciaos, thy are putting unnecessary burden on the shoulders of the residents, it is not the proper way of establishing & running a civilized, disciplined public society smoothly.Only the Qualified in the relevant field civilized , experienced management can resolve the issues, not the B O O O O T can.

Superb suggestions, but seems like baharia town management doesn't want to take all these suggestions and want to make baharia a ghost town..if baharia management keep making these kind of mistakes and create issue every other month for baharia residents, trust me once they leave they not coming back and you can forget about future residents as you can not even keep current residents...

You are talking about bahria town karachi,same is happening in islamabad. Electricity per unit is very expensive as compared to other societies. Moreover they have started deducting 30 percent of our solar units in the form of adjustment

I have lived in Bahria Town since 2015 and you live in Korangi Karachi. It seems you have less information and knowledge about Bahria Town. Bahria Town is the largest and best residential society in Asia. I agree that they are charging slightly high maintenance fees etc. Consequently, they are giving the best facilities to their residents. No load shedding no gas and water shortage. So your analysis on Bahria Town is illogical and are based on least research.

Bahria management karachi minds very proud and rotten. Why until now no police station in bahria town khi, why no effective security patrolling by their own security? Why no iron grills on windows, for personal safety, resulting in easy thefts. Is bshtia khi in saudi arabia or uae? Why bus service dtopped. Bahrua admingetting a lot of money mus maintain bus service. Vrry expendive to visit there by taxi. Admin. People open ur mind, and do not fail an excellent project.
