Estimado colega, para las automovilizaciones de tronco se usa la correa, es mucho más efectivo que poner al paciente a hacer rotación interna de hombro y mantener una tracción que es complicada de mantener, sobre todo si el paciente no tiene las mismas condiciones atléticas del paciente del video. Yo tengo pacientes con muy mala condición física que adolecen de muchas cosas y a veces es complicado pedirles un esfuerzo de este tipo, pero con la correa todo se facilita un poco. Good question and I sorry If I wasn’t clear. Around the are and not in the hip flexor. Pain radiating along the iliac crest from L5, so snagged L4 with pain free movement. Recently, I had the privilege of treating someone with these specific symptoms for the first time. Painful hip and knee flexion( pain with active, passive and with resistance). It mobilizes the vertebrae that aren’t moving like they should. It’s like stretching for your joints where your bones are. No strengthening.
