Oh yes, same here. But I've put more hours into Fallout 4 than any other game. It's so addicting. Once you start playing, hours go by and it doesn't even feel like it. It's so immersive
The people who poured their creativity and passion into developing this game truly deserve a resounding round of applause. Their dedication and hard work have resulted in an absolutely incredible gaming experience. One of the standout aspects of this game is the overall atmosphere it creates. From the moment you start playing, you are transported into a rich and captivating world. The attention to detail in the graphics, sound design, and storytelling is simply remarkable. Every element is carefully crafted to draw players in and keep them engaged throughout their gaming journey. Moreover, the immersion provided by this game is unparalleled. The developers have seamlessly blended gameplay mechanics, visuals, and audio to create a truly immersive experience. Whether it's the realistic physics, the lifelike character animations, or the dynamic environments, every aspect of the game contributes to making players feel like they are part of the virtual world. This level of immersion enhances the enjoyment and makes the game incredibly addictive. Additionally, the nostalgic feeling that this game evokes is a testament to the creators' understanding of their audience. They have managed to capture the essence of a bygone era, bringing back memories and emotions from the past. Whether it's through the art style, the music, or the references to classic games, playing this game is like taking a trip down memory lane. It's a delightful blend of old and new, appealing to both long-time gamers and newcomers alike. In conclusion, the people behind this game have truly outdone themselves. Their ability to create an incredible atmosphere, provide an immersive experience, and evoke nostalgia is commendable. They have not only crafted a game that is enjoyable to play but also one that leaves a lasting impression on its players. A round of applause is well-deserved for their exceptional work.

Coming home on the weekend during my freshmen year of college, autumn, leaves on the ground and a briskness in the air. That will always be Fallout 4 to me. Just looking over the barren landscaping of the Commonwealth, listening to the ambience of an apocalypse gone by. It’s eerie but strangely calming at the same time.
I remember I was just chilling in my room and then remembered this song and I could'nt stop thinking about it and then it gave me a huge Nostalgia and I decided to download the game again so I could play thr story again and listen to this again.
people usually blast the radio and because of this they never get to hear this OST, it may not be the dark industrial drones of the original fallout, but this soundtrack captures a very dark and hopeless atmosphere just as well.
This just reminded me that I still haven't started the Sanctuary quest, meanwhile I'm at the bottom right corner of the map wrestling with a Mirelurk Queen. I'm sure Preston is ok
I've spent the last 20 hours of my time on this game just rebuilding my shitty towns. I genuinely hope they keep the art style and just make it more gritty
Fallout 4 was the game that introduced me to rpg and it made me fall in love with them. This game is bad ass. Story wasn’t epic but it’s so much fun and immersive.
A cool summernight.... Headset on... high as a kite and truly being immersed in the commonwealth and forgetting you're even sitting in your chair. Man i love this game, beautiful memories. In my top 10 favorite games of all time
I'll join the heresy in the comments by stating that Fallout 4 is my favorite Fallout game. I started on 3, played NV, and then went to 4. I've spent way more time in 4 than both 3 and NV combined (though I do also love 3 and NV, 4 is just my favorite). There is something so special about the Commonwealth and BGS did an incredible job of making it feel lived in. There are so many small details and POIs to explore in the world and there is a ton of environmental storytelling. The soundtrack fits perfectly and I still listen to it all the time. Glad that it's getting a next-gen update!
Glancing at Steam I have over 900 hours in Fallout 4. Why? It has the potential to create so many stories. Being able to have your son stay with you in Sanctuary after the main story is over, meeting the vault tec sales man and having him work for you back in Sanctuary, where it all began....just so many interesting ideas for a roleplayer. Mods just make the experience better and different every time. But the music is amazing as well. Epicness in the form of the Dominant Species track alone.
I kinda wonder who build all of the workbench across the main character house, and what did Codsworth react to it? Did he shoot them, greet them or hide from them? If the neighbor across the street is a military with his/her own power armor before the war, maybe that might be true. If not, then who build it there?
It’s prewar... it’s an engine block crane. Prewar, you use it to lift engine blocks from Cars like corvegas. But turns out that you can hook power armor to the crane too, so that’s that. If you want to see what a real power armor station looks, check out the Prydwen.
It could've been the neighbor from the corner of Sanctuary with the bunker, they also had a duffle bag over their house, so it would be safe to assume that they built all that stuff.
Sun rises from the left side of the screen. Even shadows indicate as such. Sun then sets on the right side of screen. Then the Moon rises from the right side of the screen in the same place that the Sun set, then proceeds to travel back the opposite way that the Sun traveled. Anyone else notice this?
Months have passed since the awakening of Nate. Despite the passing of his beloved spouse, the constant struggle to find the willpower to find his missing son and the remnants of the shell-shocked world he has been left with, Nate has pushed and kept pushing himself. It began with small steps, relearning motor skills after years of idleness in the cryo-chamber, slowly regaining his strength. Physical strength turned into learning to survive in a place teeming with mutated flora and fauna. Sole survival eventually grew into a community and encountered others in the wasteland with the same ideology, protecting the community and setting a path to rebuilding a better future. Even with the beginning of a small group of people, Nate and the other settlers worked hard to restore what was left of the Minutemen. Eventually, they were able to establish multiple other settlements. Guard posts were put up, then removed for more robust and reliable gun turrets. Shacks with sleeping bags were then revamped with comfortable beds that had leverage off the cold, dirty ground. Small populations of survivors were reunited with family, forming a more extensive, more supporting community within each unique settlement. Despite all this backbreaking construction and wandering to develop each colony optimally, Nate has been neglecting his loving commune of Sanctuary. The revival of the town where all his memories were deeply rooted into the now rough pavement and fallen picket fences had to be his next big project. If not for him to reestablish Sanctuary, then who would ensure the memories of his beloved pre-war life will not fade away and crumble into rubble and dust? = = = = = = = = = = = = = = Nate began to lose track of time after days turned into weeks. All the rebuilding, scrapping and scouring the world to find the suitable material to fix Sanctuary started blurring together. Despite his mental haze, Nate had created significant progress in the condition of Sanctuary. Diverse and sustainable food sources have been tended to by the river that runs past, houses have started to be rebuilt onto the existing foundations, and Nate was finally able to supply power throughout the community. Once the final transport line between his other settlements had been established, Nate could finally place down his settlement tower and expand the population. He was carefully cleaning up the welcoming 'Sanctuary Hills' sign when footsteps started approaching. Putting down the wet rag, Nate dusted off his hands before turning towards the individual and making their way over. " Hey there, is there anything I can do for you? " A friendly smile was on his face when greeting the stranger. Across from Nate was a pretty dishevelled-looking woman, looking like she had been living off the bare minimum based on her fatigued expression. This waste-lander could definitely use a stimpak and a couple extra hours of sleep. She carried along with her a small makeshift backpack which seemed quite empty. With a sheepish smile, she looked around before back at Nate. " I followed a recruitment signal here. This is the correct place, right? " She seemed unsure but more relaxed when Nate nodded and patted the sign he had been cleaning. With a sigh of relief, she beamed and smiled, " Oh, thank god. I was worried I had gotten the wrong coordinates or arrived at the wrong place. " " Don't worry, you've arrived at the right place. I'm surprised anyone has come this fast since I set up the beacon a day ago. You're the first one here beside me and some other settlers. " Nate chuckled and gestured to the distant figures tending to the crops and houses. There were some faint noises of chatter and occasional hammer-hitting metal sounds. " Wow, that is amazing to hear. This sight is rare to see in the Commonwealth right now. You all seem to be working really hard to make this place home. I'm thrilled I was able to find the signal to join. " The smile she had on her face filled Nate with immense hope. After so long of rebuilding and forming together each settlement, the one which held the highest importance to him was slowly beginning to come together. No longer would Sanctuary Hills be at the mercy of the destructive aftermath of the nuclear fallout. All the efforts made by him and the others were strengthening the faction. This was the home he could be proud of and begin forming new memories. As the beginning of late evening started to set and lights around the compound illuminated, Nate looked at the sky and then back at the new settler. Smiling and gesturing for her to follow him back to the settlement, he spoke proudly. " I am glad you were able to make it then. Welcome to Sanctuary Hills. I hope you will be able to call it home."
I love this!!! Makes it feel like I’m in the Commonwealth!! Do you think you could do night time Goodneighbor with the song Of the People for the People?😃😃😃❤️❤️❤️

In terms of days, I spent as many as 20 of them, the game hooked me incredibly, I also finished the add-ons, but I feel sorry for myself that I opposed the Brotherhood of Steel; (I hated the Institute from the beginning, but I was afraid that if I would choose the Brotherhood side in the Mass Fusion quest) , this thing will get messed up in the plot and I will not be able to finish the game and this is how the Brotherhood ceased to exist. I helped Railroad but so what, so sad ;(
It isn’t really a song just an ambient background made specifically for fallout so it might not have a name you could try find it though but may be difficult
As I travel around in my big camper I see the old parts of the world abandoned and desolate, I see the buildings and houses as they look nowand try to visualize how they looked before the world went crazy many years ago.... I pull into an old cul-de-sac like neighborhood once a nice place to live, beautiful houses filled with families I never go in them cause there maybe deceased people still in there and it's not really my place to trespass upon .... I just sit here inside my warm camper, looking out at the houses, I fix a little snack, a BLT sandwich and some soda, I hear the wind howling around the camper and its mournful sound of sadness, my big camper is unique in ways, my cousin a scientific genius created a special gas tank that never runs out of fuel, it just keeps self refueling so I don't have to leave the camper for gas.... There is also a generator that gives it power and lasts forever,an engine, tires, etc.,that is invulnerable and unstoppable, I have a small kitchen filled with never ending supply of food, etc.,.... A stove, microwave, refrigerator, pantry, all ya ever need, a shower with hot and cold water and a restroom with sink and toilet all hooked up to the generator, fully functional, a small bedroom with a warm comfortable bed, a heating and air conditioning unit that is in synch with what ever the temperature is outside on the inside, in other words if its cold outside its warm in here and if its hot outside its its cool in here.... The camper is secured with high tech alarms and locks, special windows that are unbreakable, I've been in here for 11 years, I've never been outside my fortress on wheels since then, I have a radio nothing but static however, I use my tape player for entertainment, a c.b. and a cellphone nothing on there either, my cousin invented all of this for me way back then and its still going stronger than ever, he chose not travel with me,he opted to stay behind in his sci-fi bunker lab in the city.... As I come back to where I'm parked, still the empty houses, empty streets, very lonely, i've seen a few people here and there, survivors all on foot however, I don't know whether to trust them, I just drive on by since I've been here I haven't seen a living soul.... I guess the survivors all stay in or close to the cities for places to hide, not to many places out here to hide in or behind anymore, the houses here are so transparent that you can see through them either empty or if there are deceased people are in them, well I'm drowsy and i'll turn in for the night, alarms always on, securely locked, and protecting me as I sleep.... The morning arrives and I look out and see the ghost community, nothing changed, its still windy out i start the engine up, and then I fix some eggs, bacon, gravy, biscuits & coffee, after I finish I get behind the wheel and I slowly drive away expecting to see people exiting the houses, but no nothing.... I'm now on the old interstate headed toward the east i believe, where I'm headed i don't know,I'm not really going anywhere I'm just going, I'm just going, I wonder if my cousin is still alive, i may never go back to find out either, I see some odd folk at an old gas station, they are waving for me to stop but I just keep going, going, going,& going.... My journey is just that to keep going stopping only to rest, to eat and to look from inside here at the outside so my journey it continues onward, well I get on my c.b. and I say if there is anyone out there listening i just wanna say, take care, protect yourselves and more importantly pray and with that said God Bless you all, and may God forgive me for not stopping for the others out of my own safety,so GOD BLESS YOU ALL.
Well, those houses exist. It was supposed to be better and faster solution for Wood suburban houses. It had big hype in 1950s..but logistic and heating in winter and other elements was problem, so people forget about them. Vox made video about it.
You should put out fallout ambience videos but with the radio stations in the background, nobody else makes videos like that and I guarantee it’d be a great way to farm some views and gain subs
Not quite as good as F3 OST which really encapsulated bleak unforgiving hopelessness, reminds me of the first time I went back to my old house, cleaned it up and decided to live in it for the rest of the game
Thanks Great video! Sounds good n light, very delightful n peaceful. The scene of nature is beautiful lovely. Perfection good, best for stress relief, relaxation n soulful! Infinite love!🙏
Fallout 4 isn't a bad _game_ ... it's pretty bad as a sequel to Fallout 3 and as a successor to the original Fallout legacy, but as a game it's actually got a lot going for it. For one, it's by far the most atmospheric game in the series, the art team and Inon Zur composing the soundtrack really put in 110% to sell the tone of the game, it's beautiful to look at even without mods and the soundtrack is really exceptional. It's also really immersive - when you aren't experiencing lag or bugs, thanks to the above mentioned aspects, as well as smooth animations and quality sound design. The story is extremely underwhelming and the roleplaying is disappointing at best and infuriating at worst, but the voice actors are all extremely professional, especially for the protagonists, companions, and main quest characters. The game is shallow, and barely deserves the name Fallout when compared to it's predecessors, but as a _game_ when judging it on the merits of how enjoyable it is to play... it's actually a pretty good game. Hopefully the overhaul mod teams like Cascadia and Fallout 4 New Vegas will be able to salvage the good parts of the gameplay and atmosphere and merge them with some good storytelling, and turn this good game into a good Fallout game.
Fallout 4 isnt really a bad game. It's just an inferior game to bethesda's groundbreaking debut into fallout fallout 3 and new vegas which obsidian built upon the strengths odf fallout 3 but made it even better. The companions in my opinion are the biggest strength fallout 4 has. You feel so attached to them. Everyone has their favourite whether it be military danse, mercernary mccready, robot turned synth curie, reporter piper, raider turned good girl cait, detective synth nick, minuteman preston, synth X6, There is someone for everyone. I don't want to be biased but I have been a fan of piper. She is the sweetest of the bunch. I am rambling but I just wanted to say that fallout 4 was good but it is in my opinion a wasted opportunity in making a true fallout 3 beater. Fallout 3 is still my fav fallout ever. But there is far mods avilable for fallout 4 now that pc gamers can make fallout 4 as good if not better then new vegas or fallout 3.
Andrew Hunt True, the companion mechanics in F4 is the best in the series IMHO. And like you said, you truly get attached to them. I prefer Deacon myself. He’s a cool guy and we have a nice bromance going on every time I play F4.
It’s not a bad game at all, its actually really good but some people would like Bethesda to focus more on role playing than adventure looting/shooting.

Might be heresy to some but i put in more hours into Fallout 4 than any Fallout. That doesn't mean i enjoy the story the most but i love the world of Fallout 4 & mostly the mods & fun things you can do with them. Oh, & the music is my favorite
More Fallout is on the way :)
The commonwealth was the best world created for Fallout.
Oh yes, same here. But I've put more hours into Fallout 4 than any other game. It's so addicting. Once you start playing, hours go by and it doesn't even feel like it. It's so immersive
I have more hours on Fallout 4 than almost any other game I have the steam.
The world is what saved the game from the story it’s packed full of places of interest with interesting side missions and the great music as well
The people who poured their creativity and passion into developing this game truly deserve a resounding round of applause.
Despite the glitches and the unnecessary freezing this game will always have a special place in my heart

It isn’t really a song just an ambient background made specifically for fallout so it might not have a name you could try find it though but may be difficult

I love it
As I travel around in my big camper I see the old parts of the world abandoned and desolate,
I see the buildings and houses as they look nowand try to visualize how they looked before the
world went crazy many years ago....
I pull into an old cul-de-sac like neighborhood once a nice place to live, beautiful houses filled with families
I never go in them cause there maybe deceased people still in there and it's not really my place to trespass upon ....
I just sit here inside my warm camper, looking out at the houses, I fix a little snack, a BLT sandwich
and some soda, I hear the wind howling around the camper and its mournful sound of sadness, my big camper is unique
in ways, my cousin a scientific genius created a special gas tank that never runs out of fuel, it just keeps self refueling
so I don't have to leave the camper for gas....
There is also a generator that gives it power and lasts forever,an engine, tires, etc.,that is invulnerable and unstoppable,
I have a small kitchen filled with never ending supply of food, etc.,....
A stove, microwave, refrigerator, pantry, all ya ever need, a shower with hot and cold water and a restroom with sink
and toilet all hooked up to the generator, fully functional, a small bedroom with a warm comfortable bed, a heating and
air conditioning unit that is in synch with what ever the temperature is outside on the inside, in other words if its cold outside
its warm in here and if its hot outside its its cool in here....
The camper is secured with high tech alarms and locks, special windows that are unbreakable, I've been in here for 11 years,
I've never been outside my fortress on wheels since then, I have a radio nothing but static however, I use my tape player for
entertainment, a c.b. and a cellphone nothing on there either, my cousin invented all of this for me way back then and
its still going stronger than ever, he chose not travel with me,he opted to stay behind in his sci-fi bunker lab in the city....
As I come back to where I'm parked, still the empty houses, empty streets, very lonely, i've seen a few people here and there,
survivors all on foot however, I don't know whether to trust them,
I just drive on by since I've been here I haven't seen a living soul....
I guess the survivors all stay in or close to the cities for places to hide, not to many places out here to hide in or behind anymore,
the houses here are so transparent that you can see through them either empty or if there are deceased people are in them,
well I'm drowsy and i'll turn in for the night, alarms always on, securely locked, and protecting me as I sleep....
The morning arrives and I look out and see the ghost community, nothing changed, its still windy out i start the engine up,
and then I fix some eggs, bacon, gravy, biscuits & coffee, after I finish I get behind the wheel and I slowly drive away
expecting to see people exiting the houses, but no nothing....
I'm now on the old interstate headed toward the east i believe, where I'm headed i don't know,I'm not really going anywhere
I'm just going, I'm just going, I wonder if my cousin is still alive, i may never go back to find out either, I see some odd folk at an old
gas station, they are waving for me to stop but I just keep going, going, going,& going....
My journey is just that to keep going stopping only to rest, to eat
and to look from inside here at the outside so my journey it
continues onward, well I get on my c.b. and I say if there is anyone out
there listening i just wanna say, take care, protect yourselves
and more importantly pray and with that said God Bless you all,
and may God forgive me for not stopping for the others out of my
own safety,so GOD BLESS YOU ALL.
What's the tldr
Trolls are not welcome here
leave at once.
I love fallout 4
Sanctuary, a good place to live in, i hope we have enough money to build Sanctuary in real life
Well, those houses exist.
What can I say. The best music is the invisible ones
Except generic movie ost’s
"There's another settlement that needs your help."
I’ll mark it on your map
Not quite as good as F3 OST which really encapsulated bleak unforgiving hopelessness, reminds me of the first time I went back to my old house, cleaned it up and decided to live in it for the rest of the game
It’s to nostalgic 😭😖
great job ^^ dude

Biggest crime against humanity is that fallout 4 doesn't have a new game+ mode

Actually fallout 4 is a bad game but if need to be honest it has really cool musics :)
@@SkyBorik no its not, great game but no masterpiece
Andrew Hunt True, the companion mechanics in F4 is the best in the series IMHO. And like you said, you truly get attached to them. I prefer Deacon myself. He’s a cool guy and we have a nice bromance going on every time I play F4.
It’s not a bad game at all, its actually really good but some people would like Bethesda to focus more on role playing than adventure looting/shooting.
Soundtrack name at 19:36 ?
