I started my telecommunications career working on the old rotary phones, and rebuilding WWII bag phones and Vietnam era phones. Peaky, in the round up, the long spikes, do they have a loop at the one end. If so, then they could be needles for tufting rugs, or carpet. Could there be a mill close? I've seen those long needles at several carpet mills here in Georgia. Near Atlanta is the capital of the Carpet industry. I love Marie's mouse wedge!
