    Hi...you are so young in this video....then I noticed it was 8 years ago! Well done with the training...impressive. 😊
    I massively improved my flexibility by using Callanetics stretching routines. They may seem a bit slow, but with warmed up muscles you will stretch, and stay stretched, much better. I found doing at least 30 minutes of stretching, twice a week, after working out is best. You will notice a difference, I guarantee it. I'm no expert but just wanted to share my own experience. 😊
