tender coconut - 1 Cup
Sugar - 6 tbs
tender coconut water - 1/4 Cup
water - 2 Cups
Coconut milk - 1 Cup
Milkmaid - 1 tin
Fresh cream - 1 Cup

I liked your recipe and tried it at home. it didn't set properly. the taste was fantastic. everybody liked the pudding.
i wonder why it did not set properly. any suggestions ? i used china grass 10 gms and the brand was Bakers. I followed your instructions ditto.
