Masculinity isn't exclusive to men though. Female leaders are capable of "toxic masculinity" as much as men. Perhaps worse as they have to over compensate. Masculinity is about survival of the fittest. It's not nurture, it's nature. Half way though his book the descent of man. I tend to disagree (I am a white man after all) but it is very thought provoking.
