Many say that the girl and the dragon are Sulli and Jonghyun😭
They said it's a song dedicated to IU's dearest friends sulli and jonghyun. The two of them represents the lizard/dragon who struggled at personal problems and depression (like the pet lizard who is inside the aquarium) but finally free now (became a dragon and flying through the skies freely). That's why the first lyrics of the song is "so are you happy now? Finally happy now."
Honestly I was frustrated when you didn’t watch it with the lyrics at first, but when you watched the second time and your reaction was so drastically different, I actually really appreciated how this turned out. Because the exact same thing happened to me when it was first released (if I remember correctly, it didn’t have subs initially). It’s such a happy sounding song with such a sad context that’s hard to realise without the lyrics, unless you know about it going in.
Anyone else cried instantly when you found out that the dragon is Jonghyun and the girl is Sulli? 🙌😭
This was the best reaction I've seen to this song...don't know why this doesn't have more views. It was lovely to see a group of young men show their emotions. Thank you!
