LOL flex. I'm just like you man. I heard some of my guys during my 12 years and ranger battalion and whatnot b**** about back pain and I thought yeah right it can't be that bad until I went through it. I was pissing my pants and crawling on the floor. Apparently roadside bombs and shrapnel. metal shrapnel on my leg but bone shrapnel from my best friend sitting behind me that's actually what caused a lot of the damage on my spine. but yeah to this day no pain medication for any of my surgeries on my legs or my back or my shoulders I refuse. And plus you can take a lot of pain people don't know or think they can but you can I'm going to Ranger school and see your school being treated like a pow and starving and getting deployed five times and everything. You learn to embrace the suck and how much you can take. Having said that though I still try to work out I can't do heavy squats or nothing but when I do f*** my back up I noticed that it's never on the heavy lifts it's me maybe twisting to get a plate or something stupid because your core muscles you're not bracing yourself. And generally about once a month once every two months for a couple days I cannot get up and it takes me a couple minutes to get up and I like look like I'm having seizures and I start dumping sweat. LOL my girl the first time she's seen it she's like holy s*** are you okay and I finally looked up at her and I smiled I'm like yeah let's go we're good she goes what is wrong with you LOL I'm like ah Uncle Sam ranger battalion deployments Good times. you can't go to the VA and ask for help cuz well they don't care we have a saying out of Ranger battalion. The VA where you really go to die they hurry up and wait in line and die. or what doesn't kill you makes you stronger except for Ranger that'll definitely kill you kicking in the doors and getting shot in the vest or the helmet LOL s*** like that good times. I do it all over again though even though most of it was lies over there but still I would do it all over again as the leader platoon Sergeant at 25 years old 20 25 26 years old 45 guys. Good soldiers by David finkel you can actually check that out on UA-cam and it's the book I'm in but the video of me getting blown up and that's a small roadside bomb actually and my Gunner got shot through his mouth that day
my heart goes out to you flex. Man both of my back fusions like before I got my surgery I couldn't stand up I would piss my pants and the other back fusion I would almost s*** my pants uncontrollably shake and dump sweat. I had all three vertebrae the l3 up to l6 like squish grapes inside my spinal canal. And when I went in actually This is how stubborn I was for the first one I wouldn't go in until then. And the doctor took x-rays. And my back actually started fusing itself through calcium deposit or something like that. And he's like what the f***. This is when I was in ranger battalion and multiple deployments but you know what ended up getting me there was too many roadside bombs and yeah too many jumps too I guess plus the gear. Not the steroids LOL even though a lot of us were on. But I weighed 235 lb and I remember putting my body armor on my kit my plate carrier Mitch helmet if I wanted to wear it other than that was like a ball cap oh please In-N-Out Burger t-shirt. But 14 to 15 magazines full of 556 and then **10:45** clips for my 45 and then when I would carry my long rifle my m24 sniper rifle I mean maybe like 200 rounds on that but that's. Anyway smoke grenades and flashbacks all this s*** grenades so 2:30 and when I got on the scale with my the assault pack I was at 375 lb and that's how we ran around everyday lol I could I got good at sprinting pretty quick. I went in six foot now I'm 5 ft

@@riceflatpicking4954 I don't have a choice but to hang in there and keep pushing. Like I said I'm proud that I don't use pain medication for all those major surgeries and s*** and trap no one you name it and it's funny when I tell the younger guys or you know because this society is they're very quick to jump on the quick fix or the simple fix pain pills or whatever right just like with muscles right they think there's just some secret rather than you actually have to put the work in. instant gratification right. So you should see their face when they think I'm going to give them a legitimate answer of because they see the scars and everything like that and they see me like my strength is decent I'm 205 but I can push I don't max out but I'm pushing 350 I believe it is for 12 reps controlled. . But you know they seen as the old man and then immediately lyrics oh you're using something we're not or you're using more blah blah blah and I'm like guys I'm literally on trt 170 mg was I own that in my twenties no no but it doesn't matter because when I got out I drop down to 200 for a little while and then life went the s*** didn't work out for 8 years at all went down to 165 but doing a little 500 test for a few weeks and some manager all jumped it up to 2:15 within 10 weeks 12 weeks. And then now I'm 205 using 170 mg but people think because of the vascularity and the 12 to 15% body fat all year round that I'm just on excessive amounts of but I'm not because people don't realize how steroids work all of them whether it's anavar and a draw or test. Mechanism of action protein synthesis nutrition partitioning. So you can take all the gear you want but if you only eat once a day you're not going to get bigger you can't how you going to recover and repair your muscle tissue with what what amino acids you're not bringing in the end or these guys won't train hard enough to even cause muscle hypertrophy because of their ego they're they're weightlifter essentially yeah they're going to get stronger but they're not going to get bigger because again people think steroids create muscle tissue it doesn't it recovers it repairs I always explain it like a braided rope. Now hyperplasia caused by growth hormone that is a new production of muscle cells totally different. So again you can take 10 bottles of test every week if you wanted and if you don't train hard enough to cause hypertrophy you can eat your food but what are you repairing you didn't damage anything and this is the s*** I have to explain. These kids these younger guys some guys that are in their 30s they'll go to the gym not even having a background of anything their first week they jump on cycle not even understanding none of it and then they're the ones that use it as crotch. And they end up hurting themselves within 5 10 years because they know that they should come off to do a post-cycle therapy or at least Cruise. What happens they immediately lose everything because they use trend especially that's a big one to compensate for the s***** diet and everything else and they see themselves defeat that fast. And they can't handle it. In a lot of guys as soon as they take their last shot and it's the end of their cycle the very next day it's in their head so much that they need it to work out hard I'm like guys it's still in your system for like 2 or 3 weeks you'll be all right and rule of thumb 225 mg 250 mg of test can hold on to 220 lb of muscle tissue give or take. You don't need all this crazy stuff to make you anti-catabolic people are taking contest prep essentially for in the off season now and this is just what I see in my surrounding area. But you know with all my injuries and I still don't think all that s*** and these youngsters or whoever wants to listen they think I'm going to give them like a serious f****** answer like how I do it I like you look in the mirror in the morning you look down where your balls used to be and you hit them and then you tell yourself to stop being a p**** because your body and mentally you can take a lot more than you ever think. And they're like wait that that's what you do I'm like yeah I'm like my back is a constant 7 all the time six or seven steady every day all day. But again you're going through Ranger school and pow school and everything else and then the lifestyle of rangers like you're just in the sock you don't get anything good cuz they don't want you to they don't want to spoil you if you don't know anything. It's just nowadays it's just these people that lead the US and global supposed to be other countries it's like all of the ones that felt like they didn't have a voice and now they're in charge on purpose and they took these positions because they're right now and people say that this Democratic party will not they catered to them yes to a point but look at the generation and the demographic areas they are one in the same people whether it's lgbtq trans, the new feminism movement blm. They are all one and the same. they demand equality they already have it and what they're doing is creating privilege for themselves. and the obese group now that put themselves into the comfortable with your body and it's healthy even though the main spokesperson for obesity or whatever it's called she just died a month ago 38 years old 350 pounds says she died in her sleep and they don't know why okay. But it's just a woke culture everybody's the victim that's what happened that's all of these entities that's what they are one in the same they just have different titles. It's embarrassing like I'm embarrassed of the of my country's leadership anyway. of getting us over there and my men dying and several of my men losing limbs going home to a wife that will ultimately divorce them because of women just that women leave and every time we deploy they cheat so it is what it is it's like a machine they chew you haven't spit you out. And I thought actually arrangement I was like I'm not just a number I'm not going to be infantry but I mean I started out there not just a number well after my third deployment I couldn't sleep or anything I guess have a nightmares so I just kind of entertain the idea that I might go to mental health well I had to go in front of my sergeant major like within 2 hours he goes you can go but you might come back and you won't have your position and I was a platoon sergeant so they're like you can go but we're essentially going to punish you and I was like God damn I'm just a number I did 12 years. 6 years was deployed yeah let that sink in because I was volunteering I just didn't care like I it was kind of f***** up I had this mentality that it was okay if I died there like I was going to die there guess not but even the selfish woke culture kind of was bleeding in and coming down in the special forces communities. you seen guys coming up and getting promoted in other companies or wherever and they would always yell at their guys and overcompensate because of their failures but they wouldn't accept the responsibility ever just like society just like our government everybody's a victim it all started with no kid Left behind which was fine but then everybody gets a truth and they're lied to you throughout school. They're all going to be chiefs no Indians right they're all going to be doctors they're all going to go to college blah blah blah and what happened as of 10 years ago the suicide rate from 18 to 24 years old increased by 23% because they're promised the world and then they get out and life slaps it in the face but these education institutions the government whatever it is they don't care they're making a huge f****** profit
