I kind of like the way the character interactions are set up now, besides being so far apart! It seems like there's more variety and you see more random characters out and about :)
This! I hate when people are pressed up against you in line. And you move up a little to get away and they follow! Ugh! They're not getting on the ride any faster by standing so close.

I was able to "pilot" the Mark Twain one time and I still have the "pilots license" certificate, and I will always cherish it! I think the book you signed is called the "pilots log" or the "captains log" and I thought that made the experience even cooler. The actual captain was super friendly and nice to me too, we shared a lot of fun facts and Disney trivia with each other. Great memories. Some of my best memories and greatest experiences of human connection have been at Disneyland.
Thanks for these Disney Land videos. It gives me hope that us here in Ontario, Canada could soon reopen businesses (like mine), restaurants, and not wear masks. I really appreciate all you do. 😊
Utah is almost back to normal. Still masks in doctors office. But we don't have masks or 6 feet or one way though a door. I'm glad this didn't last as long as I was thinking. Glad we are getting back to normal again.

These folks have to stand for hours with 1000’s of people breathing on them as they hand them money etc. As someone who has worked retail I can tell you that you would be amazed at how often people will cough in your face and hand you items as they hold tissue that they’ve sneezed into, etc!

Spencer and Kate, The Governor is keeping masks for awhile. Its not going to be like Florida. The social distancing to end with change to 3 feet. Out of State residents can go in for June 15th. They can now open at full capacity.
Universal Hollywood dropped the mask requirement. Seems Disneyland can drop the mask requirement too and I hope they will. I will be there once they do.
As a former retail worker I hope plexiglass stays: customers are so inconsiderate and would come shop when sick all the time or bring in their sick kids.

If you want to visit Disneyland and DCA and downtown Disney, you're still going to need to mask up even after June 15. The only thing that will change after California's reopening is that the capacity limits.
Hopefully, people will be responsible enough to voluntarily abide by the new California health standards. If you have been vaccinated you will find life has returned to almost "normal". If you have chosen not to be vaccinated it is asked that you wear masks and follow distance recommendations. Of course, there will be those few who are only too happy to ride on the backs of those who are vaccinated just as there will always be people who see the "please don't spit on the sidewalk" signs and do it because no one can tell them what to do. But, Disney is always on top of anything that might threaten to ruin the Wonder that is Disneyland for its guests. Enjoy, Mouseketeers!

Restrictions have been lifted here in North Carolina for the past month. Guess what? People will entirely on their own still be social distancing and wearing masks, also some businesses will still require you to wear them. Also, eventhough the social distancing markers will be going away, the plexiglass will still remain
Here in California, people have not social distanced at all. I work at Target and they graze my shoulder or back side sometimes. Like really? You have a whole store to walk around in and you choose to graze me 🤦🏽♀️

From flying back and forth multiple times to Florida and continuously traveling and not even calling the PANDEMIC anything more then “the situation” it’s really disheartening how you two act about masks. That’s great news, now that Cali will start opening this could also push us in Oregon and Washington to know we are safe and we can move forward.

My son was at Disneyland today too, he is 24 and vaccinated and said it was just really difficult in the masks in the heat. :(

We spent yesterday at DL and today at DCA…crowd level was insane at both. Felt just as crowded as our pre-covid visits.
Can't wait to get back to DL/DCA. My daughter and I have 283 days to go. We are going for her Senior Class Trip. March of 2022.

I am pretty sure children are still an issue. I thought under 12 needed masks on since they are unvaccinated. Unless the Governor changed his mind.
