I have a query on "Guarantee without Knowledge of Principal Debtor" and the case study "Periamaran vs Banians & co - Seems this case is similar to selling defaulted loans to third Party and this process is legal as such many financial institues follow the same. Kindly explain difference of the said case and selling defaulted loan. Thank you.
