I agreed when she commented about how there's too much horrible/toxic dating advice on social media pushed out by profiteers desperate for clicks.

Great interview. When dating, I think about personality, values, interests, direction, and timing. It all has to be there.

Proximity and timing is important in a relationship. No time and proximity = no relationship at all

Timing & Proximity or it’s not going to happen 😅 and the title is misleading - a list of 9 red flags were not given

I went on a dating App and deleted it that day. There are so many people making no effort in their appearance or self.

These are really good insights. Dating requires more self work than I think people realize, but the benefits transform the dating experience. It doesn't limit the number of incompatible you come across, but it gives you the tools to llimit the amount of time, effort, and emotion you put into those people.

My family think I’m scaring men off! 😂😂. The reality is I have spent years learning a ton about relationships instead of dating after my divorce and healing and helping my children heal! That takes time! Just started dating and it’s a joke! Many broken people! Many liars! Sad mess

Even if she talks super fast …the advice is right!!! Tons of bs online about dating as I have seen so much of it!
People are different and dealing with so much now a days for sure.

I over text but don’t care if they ever text back and don’t care if they read it. Rejection is good!

Yes it’s all my fault. 😂😂. I agree with her that it is two people! We must take accountability for who we marry and the situation we got into and heal it. Healing takes soooo long!!!
Working out has helped me and yoga as we don’t feel after abuse. Agreed! Self abandonment is important!

If you bring that energy into the world then you’ll probably see that result. There’s plenty of great people out there that are single. These great people pick up on the energy someone gives off and they’ll definitely pass on someone being negative.

I think many of us are hyper-animated when we discuss things we are passionate about. And remember, on a podcast, talk show, whatever - there is a time limit - so she's trying to stuff a lot of information into a small time-frame. As an example, part of my job in healthcare is educating people. Half my day is spent mostly in my office, but the other half is spent in client education which obviously includes being verbal. But I also have to impart a lot of necessary information in a short amount of time, so I also find myself talking quite fast! But catch me the other part of my workday, or at home, or with loved ones and I'm more quiet. I'm not the life of the party or the gregarious one. But when I'm talking about something I know, and feel strongly about - ooooh! I'm on a roll! 😂 I see what you mean about her but I can also tell she is sincere and really believes what she is saying - so there is a lot of value here in her wisdom.

She should have been respectfully told to calm down and speak slower so she doesn’t come across so manic ….her messages are valid and she is , I feel at least, completely stable….but…..lol….but her passion , I’m sure , will be misinterpreted…..

But that's true. I see men doing it everyday. He wouldn;t marry his gf of 8 years, then drops er for another one, and marries her in a year or few months. Men are focused on goals and action, if a man doesn't do something, it's not beneficial for him.
