Anyone ever heard the tale of Darth Vader the chosen? Darth Vader was a lord of the Sith. He was so powerful that he could use the force to end life. But in an attempt to kill himself, his master found him. Ironic, he could end the lives of many others, but not himself.
Frankly, I think that Darth Vader lived a very sad and tortured life. It probably would have been better if he had died in his fight with Obama Wan Kenobi.
I definitely think this was the right move for your channel. It now reaches out to a broader audience that you deserve far greater than other half arsed UA-camrs. Your videos are always on point ,greatly interesting and formal... I'm sure I speak for us all when I say we appreciate you.
Vaders got me in my feels. Nice to see that these comics are breathing more life into his character, and we get to see what's going on in the mind of the man behind the mask.
3:16 - 3:26 Wait im fairly certain vader had no organic limbs left. Both fists were metal. If ive misunderstood what you said i apologize but it sounds like you are saying he had one normal fist and one metal, when infact he has two metal ones. that's why he couldn't use true force lighting and why his potential in the force was so diminished after mustafar because he had no organic limbs left and the force needs living tissue to function and he had lost so much of his. Otherwise i loved the video and great work, i look forward to future content.
Nick Hanson fair enough it was just the way it was worderd "keep in mind one of these was a metal one" makes it sound like he was saying only one was metal, so i was just saying incase there were some causal fans watching who didnt know both were metal.
In Legends, specifically pre prequel Legends, Vader has one flesh arm. It is mentioned by Mara Jade in The Thrawn Trilogy that Palpatine cuts off his right hand after the destruction of the first Death Star. It's been a long time since I read those books, so I don't remember which book it's in, but she is talking to Luke when she mentions it.
BlackEpyon No one said you need limbs to have a connection to the force. What is being said is that to use the force to the fullest potential, you need to be a fully organic being. This is a specific plot point in the series.
I'm going to be one of the originals here on the "BessY Channel" to me still just like I was one of the original Star Wars fans before all the others came out. Great job on the channel and keep up on the awesome work.
Keep it up man learning so much and so much new things I never about star wars I am been a fan and watch very first star wars and was 5 or 6 when got into star wars
I don't think he ever really forgave himself. Even though Padme said it, When she disappeared again Vader was distraught. He wanted her back, but she was gone. Forgiving himself would have meant letting go of all that pain and self hatred, and that would have turned him back to the light.
Can someone explain to me why Darth Vader just didn't change his ways yeah he started walking down the dark path but he regretted it shortly after why didn't he just say f*** it I'm not going to do this anymore and then go back to the light he could have killed Palpatine and then fixed everything
When he collapsed the building on top of himself, he let the Force decide whether he should live or die (which means he wasn't very serious about taking his life in the first place if he let something else make the decision for him).
Nothing Disney does matches with the word _intensity_ . It's either comedy, or content literally meant for children. And those are all good. They also have habit of faking intense moments (faking, or forced censorship, is always one of the worst ways art can be displayed). That's all Disney is.
i dont think so, i think they were extremely detailed because for a second he was not darth vader anymore he was anakin skywalker.... until palpatine stopped him from commiting suicide then he could not handle it and surrendered back to the dark side
@ Jesse James. Yes. For a few moments, he was able to let go of the Dark Side. For a brief while, he was Anakin Skywalker once more. The fact that he came so close to returning to the Light side, only to be pulled back into the darkness, was what made this comic so touching. Whoever wrote this comic, is a master at pulling heartstrings.
True. Palpatine manipulated him for years, by playing to his ego "I foresee you becoming a great Jedi one day. Perhaps even the greatest". And let's face it, teenagers don't need much to convince them not to listen to their elders (in this case, Obi Wan). Still, it seems like having all of that raw Force energy coursing through him at such a young age, may have made adolescent Anakin a tad unstable.
Cheshire Kat Yes, but I think most of Palpatine's manipulation of Anakin was taking advantage of knowing what he desired, which was to prevent Padme's death. Yes, Anakin was arrogant in several aspects, but he trusted Palpatine, being like a father figure and mentor, to guide him. I think Anakin became so intent on preventing Padme's death (which, in the end, was only a vision implanted in his mind by the Emperor) that he ignored the red flags along the way that clearly told him that Palpatine had nefarious intentions. Obi Wan was actually warned by Yoda and the counsel early on not to train Anakin, but he didn't listen. Such complex characters!
That was interesting. I don't blame Vader for wanting to take his own life. Now with him know luke is his son it gave him a reason to live so it's like luke is his angel. Very well done.
Tell me why didn't Padme and Anakin know she had twins? Do ultra sounds not exist in Star wars with all this technology? Nothing that can look inside the mother?
Maybe Padmé didn't go in for an ultrasound because making an appointment for one would've left it as part of her medical record, increasing the possibility that someone snooping around could've discovered she was pregnant and perhaps connected it somehow back to her marriage with Anakin? That, or she wanted the baby's sex to be a surprise?
I was under the impression she was hiding her pregnancy underneath thick clothes so her colleagues wouldn't know. Obi-Wan apparently knew about it judging by RotS, but I guess Padmé and him are close enough friends that she'd trust him not to gossip even if he didn't know who the father was.
If we want to go with an in-universe explanation I'd say it was due to Anakin focusing entirely on his fear of losing her. Love is blinding, as they say
Poor Anikan/Vader. Most of his life was suffering. And the worst of that suffering (which would last for nearly two decades) was of his own making. If he'd been able to master control of his emotions as an adolescent, his world wouldn't have come crumbling down on Mustafar. He lost everything in life which brought him happiness; and he pulled it down with his own hands.
Terra Nova no. In episode 2 he lost his right arm. In episode 3 he loses his legs and left arm. we get a close up of his mechanical arm clinging to mustafars surface

Why is Vader's facial structure always drawn differently from anakin? Having a burnt body does mean getting a different face shape

They were both metal but one of them was covered with fabric and leather while the other was straight metal

The Force does crap just by itself, so I don't think one needs limbs for a connection to the Force.

I always felt sorry for Vader. Nobody should have to go through such pain and self hate.
That was intense, this is the Star Wars we really want

TheQuincyEdwards ... *I get right up(no sell) and power bomb you threw the ring.
I don't think any villain in any story has been through this much pain and hatred
Its interesting to show the humanity that still exists within Vader that comes out every now and again.
“This Dark Side is your life, it consumes you and destroy you” Force Ghost Obi Won
2:17 “dam near collapsed the entire place”🤣
Damn. This is heavy. Such a good comic
Keep up the good work Bess Y. I don't care what you call you Channel just keep those comics of Darth Vader going.
My favorite Vader story
I just watched the crazy nurse stalker video and then went back to this one, no one can replace padmé...
Keep it up man learning so much and so much new things I never about star wars I am been a fan and watch very first star wars and was 5 or 6 when got into star wars
How can Vader speak and breathe without his mask?
My heart was not prepared for this video.
I like that his wife's ghost visited him. I hate the ending. It's likely that Vader forgave himself.
I don't think he ever really forgave himself. Even though Padme said it, When she disappeared again Vader was distraught. He wanted her back, but she was gone. Forgiving himself would have meant letting go of all that pain and self hatred, and that would have turned him back to the light.
That was intense
I knew that this had something to do with Padme
Took it straight threw the stomach damn ruthless
As long as you keep doing what you’re doing I will always be subscribed and watch all your videos ♥️
But how did Darth Vader survived without his mask for days?
His suit probably did it
Losing a fist fight when you have your opponent's laser sword, smh.
Arent both of vaders hands of metal tho? He had one prosthetic, before mustafar, n lost the remaining three limbs after. Right?
Awesome! That answered one of my major question. Thank sooooooo much!
Wait wait wait wait don’t you mean both his arms where metalic? I mean he lost all his limbs
Darth Vader never screamed for Padme to comeback. I repeat Darth Vader did not. It was Anakin Skywalker who screamed for her to come back.
pretty sure Both of his hands were metal...
Vader shouldn't be able to breath without his mask...
Do a video on how Vader felt when he discovered Luke's existence, excluding his frustration with Palpatine.
This is so cool your like Comicstorian but Star Wars only
Vader: im gunna take my own life

It seems he went without the aid of his breathing machines for quite a while
Boy, these comics sure found any excuse possible to take Vader’s mask off.
Bessy... long live the memory of CT-5555!
I feel for Vader in this one as I'm very similar most of my lover ones abandoned me
A NEW ERA.
This is the beginning of a new era
This old version of Vader is still better then the new one.
That moment when you realize Vader hatred for himself keeps him alive.
Vader without his mask is cool
Darth Vader owes workman's comp!
The Dark side is truly dark.
Just found this channel. Love it! The soundtrack for this video, what's it called?
What fans want - *Darth Vader Dies*

How did he survived without his Breath Mask
Star Wars Comics: A New Hope
it make me sad to see Darth vader mental state is so fragile though no one going to live after pushing vader like that.

Love live Bessy
Love live Star Wars Comics
Wow only a few months after. I can’t imagine that face and body with a Anakins. I know he got burnt but still.
Both Vader’s fists were metal weren’t they?
Somebody let me know the name of the music used in the video
Its must be some mashup of the Imperial march and Kylo Ren’s theme
Aurora Ostrogoth I agree
How did he last so long without any of his suits life support systems or breathing mechanisms?
Love the channel name either way but I have to ask why was the name Bessy anyway?
Notice that Vader did not have Sith eyes in a number of scenes as well.
wilfri castillo Are you okay?

I really like legends Vader it really shows how much pain and suffering he had within and i am so sory that disney removed legends.
Too bad he still found the time to be insufferably petty. He ruined his own life and did the same to anyone who crossed his path.
I think that most of us know people like that.
Cheshire Kat Yes, but he was also manipulated at a young age by someone he thought cared about him.
True.
Palpatine manipulated him for years, by playing to his ego "I foresee you becoming a great Jedi one day. Perhaps even the greatest".

I really hope they make this comic into a movie. It could be epic
@@jduttskywalker I agree. This comic was grim and very dark. I think they would have to give it an R rating if they ever made it into a movie, though.
Bessy?
Bessy was weak and foolish... Like his father... So I destroyed him.... All that is left is Star Wars Comics.
Poor vader... this video makes me love him more.
I agree, Anakin/Vader was used by everyone. Watto, the Jedi, Sidious. Everyone used him.
They should really make a movie about these comics. And it would be called VADER a Star Wars story
vader is star wars
Yeah, and maybe have Lord George Lucas direct it.
as long as they bring back Hayden yes
They are making a Vader show or something for Disney+
@@Chuwie really!?
