Magic Flick, three days ago i watched sadak 2, this is my rating 5/5, Verdict - All Time Blockbuster, Extra Information - This movie is one of the best movie of all time, for this movie, it is joint alongside tanhaji, but currently if i rank in order of which movies i would watch it again from many time that is all time favourite of the one i seen from whole years that is saaho, 2.0 and sadak 2. However i am not being biased because how can i dislike this movie if i do not hate this movie. Anyway this movie is full of dhamaca as it has amazing story of how alia bhatt try to tell people that there is one religious group that are fake guru of which we should not believe this, anyway what happen next, this is what the story is about, however every actor did amazing in this movie and it proven of why these actors are talent even my big fan alia from the way she says the dialogue even when she shout or be emotional from some scene, anyway she looks hot and beautiful, anyway i wish her well for career even though her career could be in danger as people want to boycott nepotism. Anyway for sanjay dutt, he is talent from the past and even from now when he is old, but he looks dashing old man with nice clothing he wear in this movie, however he stand out for this movie as well from the way he shout and express his emotional when remembering something from the past, anyway both of these actor deserve national award that is sanjay dutt and alia bhatt for the best male and female character, but other actor are best in this year as well like saif and adjay devgan from tanhaji movie. Anyway other actor also did amazing in this movie like aditya roy kapur and the villain was terrific in this movie as they look dangerous movie and even a different type of villain, but there is lots of villain and not a villain that is inspired from part 1. Anyway this movie is not remake of part 1 as it continue from sanjay story, but is completely different, not even inspired by part 1, but yes the title is correct as it is long and dangerous road trip, however this movie is not that ling, however the location it is shot is beautiful and i like some places like the mountain from climax place or the place of which villain live in, however the story is also different as it focus on religious people, but it is not hurting anyone or saying wrong stuff, but it tell you that everyone has own religious, but this movie is fiction, not a true story, so not hurting anyone at all. Also the dialogue used for this movie is amazing as it gives us entertainment, however this movie genre is mix of drama, action, emotional and twist turns of which we are shocked as i did not expect this based on trailer of what i saw this as there is more of which you will see in this movie as it focus on more in-depth about these fake guru, also these actor are realistic from the way they portray these actors, anyway these villain are outsider actor, so we should support them, but it is great to see gulshan to comeback this movie as he has a creepy voice, but unfortunately his role was small as there was only 3 scene of him, till i like it whenever he was on screen time, he deserve to be offered in Bollywood role back again just like past if plays a villain role, but at least mahesh bring back the actor he used to choose from old time, but bhatt family have pattern of who they choose of who they want in their movie like the villain who played fake guru that was guest appearance in malang and aditya has now been working in bhatt movie as he worked before with malang and now sadak 2 and future movie is hopefully ek villain 2. Anyway people could argue that mahesh is old director, but he proven to me from career comeback just to direct for his daughter just like pooja that his movies can be great from this generation as it looks like a new modern movie, not a old story as what critic or people saying it. However the action used for this movie especially the climax scene was amazing as it looks awesome, also i like the amazing chemistry between aditya and alia as their romance was done in beautiful way which was also done on beautiful way. Anyway the song used for this movie was not a long which was good, but all song was amazing and was original song even though it could be copied from Pakistan song, this is what i have heard by someone, anyway this movie also tell us message of not to suicide their self, but it shows how bad people can be as they plan for you to go to mental place, also pooja was not for this movie, so she is retired actress as there was only voice of her and they did use flashback scene from part 1 of this movie, anyway this movie is realistic when you are sad even from the climax scene. Anyway i could be one of people that give higher rating than 1, but i am not being loyal to alia, but my big salman and alia does impress me, also this is first movie i am reviewing alia as i have not reviewed her past, but would love to revisit her past movie, also sanjay career has not been good till he came back from jail, but has did amazing acting in movies like panipat, he deserve better in Bollywood and the name of character alia plays is alia, that was brilliant, also this movie has logic, anyway this is all i can explain for my review of this movie. Also my expectation has reached this movie, also it is better than part 1.
Hey Junaid, thanks for your review, everyone has their own opinion to movies, songs etc and are entitled to it, but I have seen loads of reviews from critics (not imdb and people against nepotism) but actual critics totally panning the movie and saying how boring and dull it was, that it should have been made 30 years ago as it was made like movies then. I see that you really liked it and saying you not biased, but 5 out of 5? I haven't seen it so can't agree or disagree, but hand on heart if this is 5 out of 5 then you comparing it with some of the best movies out there from Bollywood and Hollywood and even without watching it I'm not too sure that it would fit anywhere near the best.
