This message is a huge blessing to me. He asked the disciples, "where is your faith"? He expected them to rebuke the storm with faith! For calmness, He expects me to rebuke my storms with faith today too. I am so glad that I could find time to listen to the entire teaching. The storm is to prove that He is in control. Am so much blessed too pastor and now l can't complain anymore because God is with me all the time.
It would have been funny if Jesus had commanded the water to be mirror flat but let the wind keep howling then maybe the sail boat would have shot off down wind at 25 knots and the disciples would have been sore amazed. Might have been tricky to do a carve gybe in the boat before it hit the shore.
