@@straystarlight ppl need to understand even though its one official pc you still get a unit card and also a photo film set of either the hyuns or maknees. And if you get the extra add on that another pc you get
@@navaehwilliams-rw4zx I agree, but the main complaint is that jype has previously been very generous with their photocards, and while there are other things ontop of the photocard, the reality is, most people buy physical albums for the photocards, and for that to be cut down , it's normal to be disappointed. Why is it fair to pay the same or more if we're given less and pricing and shipping costs are not getting any better either given inflation of everything

On the downside Nmixx isn't unique 😣 I also collect ATEEZ and man they wear the same blanket, use the same fruits, same accessories, hug the same plushie, the uniqueness is so gone 🥲 even the cute detailed ones with the doodles are not unique

i honestly feel like we should get more regular pcs with different concepts because companies now save the cutest selfies for pobs and it's sometimes frustrating 😭 i don't collect lots of pobs but i just feel like they're not necessary. in noeasy we had 9 pcs per member and now we have 5 and most of them in the same outfit. the only era i liked for pobs was noeasy because we got the cutest ones and of the different mvs they released but now i just feel having a pob per store is too much. ALSO!! THE 1 PC PER ALBUM IS SUCH A SCAM. but i'm excited to see how you do this comeback, i love your collection so much!! 🤍

this era is just so overwhelming...
Just quickly, I'm pretty sure that the postcard sets in the postcard version has 8 types per set. So, for example, if you get Chan, you get 8 Chan postcards, Lee Know, 8 Lee Know postcards, etc. So it's not OT8 per album. So, you'll get 64 postcards, but they'll all be different.
Also, as someone that collects every single pob for Jisung... I really would love more variety. Give them props. Fun outfits. Silly poses. Anything. A lot of the later 4th gen groups are doing MUCH more creative stuff with pobs. I want that.

Also yes! Pls bring the variety. I heavily cut pack on my Chan pob collection last era because of the repetitiveness. Chan is already a consistent pose king, I couldnt have the same poses AND outfits in all the cards 😅😅
@straystarlight Yeah. I'm pretty sure they're member specific postcards. So, we get those instead of the usual member specific photobook 💀 Maybe I'll be wrong though. Guess we'll find out for sure next week 🙈

I’m so glad I see someone reviewing each album this comeback, I got into Skz 3 months ago and only bought my first 4 albums this month, I bought Oddinary standard, Christmas Evel (the green one + Synnara pob), 5 Star version C, and the Platform ver of the Rock Star album.

since the there are four photocards for the units and four lyric sheets for thw platform version, u can put them on one page, ik u arranged the pages chronologically ish but the lyrics sheet are just lyrics so i dont think it messes with order cuz they arent photocards

I fully agree with your feelings about skz pobs. The amount of orange tracksuit cards was so repetitive with 5 star. I wish they would do themed sets like zb1 does and other groups.
girl you're so right about the pobs!!! i bought 6 pobs from 5 stars and 4 of those were in the same outfits and almost the same background. this time i only got 2 pobs, and looking at the previews im not excited to buy more pobs. also even though the kids are just told to take a photo, i feel like they dont take effort to make something cool and diferrent. same poses and angles, not a single coehisive set ot8, why can a staff give something cute for then to hold or whatever? some criative photos with the music videos sets props maybe? no just a plain selfie in a white or black background. the only good pob from then is when we have skzoo costume but they dont do it very often
also, i dont get why they keep releasing albuns with little to none previews showing the albuns, i get that thy dont wanna show the concepts before oficial release. but thy put a black background when firsy details come in and then when the concepts are already out they release a very blured preview, like for what? they are not doing these pre orders justice if we have to buy it without knowing what it looks like. for me it just screen lazy cuz they know if we see how poor they worked on these we would've bought it
I became a stay during the 5 star era so it’s my first comeback. I really wanted to preorder the limited star version for the goodies it comes with but got so confused with the different kpop album websites and shipping fees / methods (last time I bought a kpop album was in 2017 and it’s so much more expensive now!) that I left it too late. Being in the UK, we don’t really have physical shops that stock kpop albums either.

Do you mean like the US exclusive postcards or something else? The only US exclusive I tend to focus on is photocards from either Target or Barnes and Nobles. The postcards are typically a concept group photo, which I'm not usually super pressed over collecting~
@@straystarlight yes right those US exclusive postcards in the albums, there is an overview of the Rockstar album inclusions where an “international only” postcard is listed, I’m not sure if it was in the video, and I’m confused, are US exclusive postcards and international only the same, because in the last few albums I got those too but I’m not from the USA🥲
Question. So posters and stuff (the category that says pre order only) when you said jyp benefits, does that mean we only get those if we ordered from the jyp shop? Or if we ordered from places like (SubKShop and MusicPlaza for me) will we still get those benefits?
You will get them, regardless of where you ordered from, so long as it is during the preorder period! They're the preorder album gifts from jype (the company) for ordering the album during preorders. Jypshop does have it's own pob photocard, but that is separate from the inclusions listed on the album detail photos!

Hi, Jess! I think we will get beret Lee Know in some POBS because of the pirate concept. Maybe JYPshop and Blue Dream Media for what I can notice from the blurred PCs. Channie wears a hat on the concept, so I do want one. However, I didn't secure a Channie for either of those stores, I only bought my limited edition with a random JYPshop POB. I have 7 Channies secure and 2 POBs random. The fact that Channie has different hair helped me choose different concepts. So I think except for the pirate, I got what I wanted covered. So if I'm not lucky with the random, I'll buy one later on.
And we still have lucky draws and other POBs that come later on. I ended up with way more there I ever owned in the last era. I even bought the curly Channie from YZY (from that Samsung event day). I shouldn't but I needed that PC as a curly Chan enthusiast. So I'm stopping myself with the current nine and I'll buy a lucky draw if I like the picture and if I find it for a fair price.
Now that I saw the teaser for La la la la, I need to correct myself. Lee Know is in the black hat in the ones I mentioned but he will be in a beret for the other, lol. This time is a Gucci beret, fitting for our future ambassador. Apparently,ly the stores with this concept are: Everline, MusiPlantnt, Yes24, Lotte, and Ifive.
As someone who’s done graphic design for 3 years, the limited version really gets on my nerves. Anyone, doesn’t matter if you have previous experience or not, can slap that together in 10 seconds.
Also, you see a lot more groups doing special things for their albums, (such as Aespa’s magazine type of album, new jeans bags, etc) and regular photo books are getting kinda boring, especially since they’re all practically the same design. Maybe that’s just a me thing though, lol. But it doesn’t help the limited version in this case.
With there being 4 unit cards in the limited/rock/roll versions and 4 lyric cards in the platform version, why not put those on a page together?

I said I was only going to get two albums this comeback.. and then got them all. Even waited up online for the signed one.
As long as I get Lee Know/Changbin/Chan then I'm good. I'll get a little money back selling off everyone else (that sounds so terrible.) Guess I'm lucky in that regard that I only really adore the Hyung-line with bias Lee Know. And Skz is my only Kpop group so I'm glad I don't have to worry about being a multistan and buying for others.
Also, they had a TON of limited this era. And Maxident, too. Not really limited if it's still in stock a lot of places. And fhe the color scheme is a lot like Maxident with the pink and black. Was hoping it was going to be a bit more with it being Rock.
There's a discount store in my city that gets Target returns to resale and they will have the album there for less than 10 bucks in a week after release. That's the only thing I'm looking forward to. .. sometimes people return without the photocards, though. 😒

Pobs and preorder gifts. Plus I'm not just collecting the pcs. I'm also collecting the units, the panorama posters, etc. Finding and then buying that all individually would not make sense since I could buy a whole album with everything already there. Trust me, with the amount I collect and it being full group, doing it this way is cheaper and more worthwhile for my money spent
kpop POBs are getting out of control its too much. not going to lie this cb felt like a huge money grab .... I feel a bit taken advantage of(although it is 100% my own weakness/fear of missing out lol). its just keeps getting less fun and more stressful to collect for me🥲
