I started going to the library every day after school because it’s the only place where I can just focus on reading my books in silence. Today it hit me, that I’m a young girl in her teenage years literally sitting by herself in the library. I wish I had a social life and friends and love in my life
a gentle reminder that you are only a teenager. you still have your entire life to find those things. american television and movies love to sell us this idea that our teenage years are the peak of our lives and that its only downhill after that, but that couldn't be further from the truth. most friends you meet in highschool fade out of your life regardless of how much as you long for them to stay anyway, so its rather pointless to dwell on that. this is just a very miniscule chapter of the book that is your life and i promise you have so much better things waiting for you in the future :-)

Ive heard that because she has very limited knowledge about a guitar, she always tunes to open D so that she doesn't have to think about, like chord shapes. just barr the strings and the sound would come out.
