thanks man. but let's be honest, the lighting job was paramount to "take a lightbulb and shove it in!" but it does look REALLY cool at night. Surprised that I didn't see anyone else doing this... 🤷♂
yeah, i had a box of leftover lights from other light kits that were just collecting dust. And I figured the blue might not make the sun so red... (sorta worked)
would love to. but there's no way to add any into this set. but with some kit bashing, I'm sure it could include one or two planets. but that would increase the complexity by about 3,000%
Given how fast the Earth is spinning with the motor, I'm surprised it doesn't fly off! Nice job!
WOW! This is so cool! I love that you made it motorized AND added the sunny light feature. Awesome job! 🔥🔥

I'm surprised too... it's genius! @@Leggo-Mi-Ego
ehhh.. wouldn't say 'genius', maybe 'too lazy to turn it by hand..' Who knows? I may get up to 75 subscribers with this!!! 🤣
UPDATE: actually LOST 3 subscribers! hmm.. guess I'll keep trying.
That's really impressive! I hope you do, plus more!! 😁@@Leggo-Mi-Ego
Oh that is soo cool man!!
thanks!
Great video! maybe you could modify the Sun with a switch on the outside to turn it off/on?
I'll have to look into how to do that. thanks!
Great video! what light set did you use to light the sun? Were those separate LEDs from different kits? I saw the one was blue.

Interesting; and your video helped me realize that I wouldn’t have liked the model. You helped me save $80. Thanks.
Hey, not a problem. everyone has different tastes. I'm glad I was able to help (even in a roundabout way)🤷♂
Amazing video buddy 🎉
Glad you enjoyed it, keep doing those awesome stop mo videos!!
You could try a remote light that you use a remote switch to turn the lights on and off
I ended up going with drilling a hole in the Sun and making a long switch that can turn it on/off without opening it.
what if you add the other planets?

Nice!
