In PSV of boiler when pressure raise above set pressure then Pressure get released and it's not totally released upto atmospheric pressure.
It reduces pressure upto certain set pressure

PSV on top, because gas is lighter than liquid and it'll always be on the top side of the liquid.

PRV valve pura release karega kya. Set pressure tak lake chedega.
For example 3kg pressure set hai equipment ka 4 kg gaya to 4 se 3 tak pressure lake chodega ki pura 0 tak aayega pressure.
