What made you think people need a justification to dislike anything? People don't necessarily need a reason to hate you. "I want to" is a good enough reason for many.
I don't have a problem with it, though. Just like how people can hate you because they want to, you can also _respect yourself because you want to._ Instead of demanding everyone to like you, it's better to have some self-respect.

Mad props to Tommy for acknowledging his family (and luck) as major contributors to his success. So many people that have become wealthy over their lifetime genuinely think that they are special or somehow better than everyone else. Tommy really is just a normal dude one of us who doesn't hide his shortcomings. He recognizes the role he plays for a lot of impressionable teens and tweens. This guy has kept a lot of his followers away from political extremism. Respect.

One of the biggest factors for people from poor socio-economic backgrounds whether they'll turn to crime and drug abuse is family stability. The state alone even in the most progressive social democracies are unable to provide an adequate safety net to keep people falling through the cracks, many problems that plague society start in the home and can only be solved through healthy and reliable social and emotional connections.

Yeah the part about how having a good family really does make all the difference is super true. My family is extremely poor, if not for my Grandparents my Mom, Dad, and I (Only child) would have been homeless for most of my life. Instead we have a loving home that allowed myself and my father to go to school instead of having to work dead end jobs just to make ends meet. My father got a doctorate in Pharmacy, and is now working in a local Pharmacy starting to make a good deal of money, however, because of our extremely poor last 20ish years 70% of his money goes to paying off old bills because the way the credit system in America works overly punishes the poor. Even if you get to a spot like my father where he's an extremely intelligent man, has a good job, a good degree, and a perfect record (never been in prison a single time in his nearly 60 years of life), we're still struggling and have never had our own home or even apartment. But because he has loving parents we still have a nice home that supports us.
Family truly is everything. Another example is my Mother's sister actually pays for my parents and my phones because we simply don't have the money to pay for one every month. If not for family we would actually be homeless working dead end jobs just to eat. I would have had to start working at 14 instead of getting an education. Family is EVERYTHING. Never forget that.

Success in life is a mixture of luck and hard work. If you don't try you'll never get anywhere, but even if you do try sometimes circumstances can work against you, you can't help being born poor in a place with few prospects, physical and mental health is more often than not governed by factors outside of your control like your genetics, childhood trauma both physical and mental, the wide variety of pollutants in your environment, etc.

Doing homework together etc. Sadly for many people working 60h+ a week spending time with the child is a luxury, which is why early childhood education needs to be funded more. I don't know man, my parents managed to do it somehow, and they both worked anywhere from 40-80 hours/week. They just worked hard and committed everything to family in the end, there were times I didn't see them much but I'm so sick and tired of this generation always complaining about not having time for anything. It's bullshit, you have to work less to gain more than previous generations. Social media has warped people's perception of stuff.
My parents were working all the time, coming home to spend some time with us, make dinner, do chores, watch tv for an hour and go to bed to repeat stuff. Nowadays people want the perfect modern home, the newest technological equipment, and are mad when they've "only" got 4 hours of free time during a workday.
I also care about my free time, but complaining and acting as if things are somehow worse is just utter bullshit and I can't stand reading it all the time. You can't buy a house on your own because partially yeah the price is higher, but homes today are so much more than a home 50 years ago. And people who say food prices are insane are just retarded for not being able/willing to cook, and ordering food all the time. When you occupy certain economic slot in job market (considering according to description you are maybe machinist or some specialist) then the longer you occupy it the benefits of it will be doubled by bigger and bigger numbers

Drug substitutes for people who don't know are things that are still very addictive but aren't even close to as bad as illegal street drugs like Meth or Heroin while allowing them to combat the horrible withdrawals of Heroin or Meth with pills so they can get off the really bad drugs. It's things like Tramadol and Methadone. Still addictive, still gives a high, but isn't nearly as bad as the drugs people on the street normally take and much easier to get off of compared to something like Heroin, where the withdrawal effects are so bad that people will start attacking family members to get money to buy more and what not.

Plus it is supposed to slowly reduce the dosage so people could get off the drugs slowly without the negative side effects of drug withdrawal.

I really am disgusted with this emphasis of "luck" being a huge factor in Tommy's life, it devalues, and diminishes all the hard work he put in.
He learned as a clerk to talk & entertain people, to some degree, for 7 years and then grinded his ass off on youtube and succeeded since he made entertaining content.
    That's not just luck.
