Whether that be going to the church for some sort of men's group or community service or something, or staying home and simply reading a portion of the Bible. I find that it is easier to guilt myself into not doing this sort of stuff if I have religious experience that same day to guide me. Mind you I'm losing as well but you know we're all working on it
