If it's about leaving Alex, I think, Shonda is to blame lol she became personal with Katherine she destroyed Izzie's image. All that happened doesn't erase the fact that Izzie is the kindest, sweetest & compassionate person and doctor. She isn't perfect, no one is, NO ONE in Grey's Anatomy characters, but she's amazing and I love her for that.

I like that Bailey gave a show you moment. To Richard. Another one of her classmates who, made just of an equal mistake is partaking. Why not Izzy. Bailey wasn't on board at first, but she swung and different tune real quick. And it was a perfect tune at that!
