Our Trip on the Jane Kerr around Tasmania

The video documents our recent trip on the ex lobster fishing boat the Jane Kerr with the original owner Garry Kerr and the builder Garry Stewart. The trip was made clockwise (sort of) from Queenscliff near the entrance to Port Philip Bay, to Skull Island (you'll know it when you see it) then down to the Kent Group of which Deal Island is the main island. Then to Badger Island before heading down the east coast of Tasmania to Hobart for the Australian Wooden Boat Festival. Then we went down around the south coast and back up the west stopping at Port Davey and the town of Strahan (one of the few towns on the west coast) and Macquarie Harbour and Gordon River. From Strahan it was a quick 240 mile trip back to Queenscliff.
