Finding Balance

I have been working over the last handful of months to find balance in myself and with nature and I believe that I have finally struck it. It took me some time to learn the lessons I needed to and find my rhythm back to the things that nourish my soul but I'm here now and I couldn't be more grateful.
In this video I share footage of the mountains and rivers here, harvest nettles and red huckleberries, and finalize the crafting of a burn salve made from calendula, cleaver, and rose.
