As a bit of trivia, the "T-8M" aircraft in the Air tab is a variation of the Su-25 that saw action in Afghanistan, modified to optimize its anti-tank and anti-ship capability.
It's the technical name for the Su-25T
T-8 being a regular Su-25

Hmm, the Nona is shown as having a 120mm Mortar but has the HE stats of the 122mm gun.
Not sure if that's a mistake or if the Nona just uses a better 120mm than the Infantry one.
I'm really interested to see that AT Gun in action, quite refreshing to see such a strong non-ATGM AT option.
Also really happy to see the SAM Mothership back with the TOR.
The MI-24 AA is also a bit odd, only 1 available on the Card at 1 Vet but you can still Upvet it to 2 Vet for no cost. Should just be 2 Vet by default like the others unless they give it extra availability at 1 Vet which is unnecessary imo.
I love the Camo on that MIG-29 as well, looks great in Green.
The T-8 and its Vikhrs is going to be an absolute monster if there's no AA in the area lol
If it's anything like the Su-25T in RD, it'll be useless since it'll only ever get one missile off before flying straight into the enemy AA net.
Wouldn't the su17 rkt plane be a good helo hunter? With 30mm cannons and 2 infrared missiles and decent ecm for diving on helis that are cheaper then it?
2A45M, the 125mm AT gun, with only 1925m range is kinda strange to me, since it is essentially a t-72/t-80 main gun on tow.
it has god awful optics and targeting system, thats why it has lower range

Unlike previous games the Nona is treated as a howitzer in this game. Ie the aim time isn't great. But on the flip side the aim time of smaller howitzers is quite a bit faster than the full size guns now which gives the Nona and Gvozdika a niche role. Especially the Gvozdika given it actually has enough range to offer some advantage over mortars in that role. Still love the Nona regardless.
Yeah I think the Nona can work quite well, especially for dealing with ATGM teams

So do you use mostly the battlegroups or do you use custom battlegroups, in WGRD i do mostly custom for what i want to pull (tank forces or infantry forces for example) as i was just wondering as i was watching due to me about to get into Steel division 2 soon and maybe WARNO later down the line.

I always use custom made battlegroups like I made at the end of this video. There isn't the same system as WGRD.

Why you ignoring the veteran upgrades? It gives also accuracy for most of the vehicles.
I mostly play team games where availability is important.
So I recognize that the last division you featured was subject to change, but the question is whether or not _this_ division is subject to change. What’s the verdict?
Everything in an Early Access game is subject to change. ;)
