Standard build. That crit rate sounds right. usually hover between 68% - 70% because I have purple Circulate on my bracelet, so without that I'd average 65% as well. FI generally lacks a bit of crit rate, but with T4 that'll be alleviated because we'll run Adr3.
2nm4dom. I think you have to make too many sacrifices to run 6dom which makes it not worth it in the end imo. If you happen to get a bracelet with MP recharge it could be fine though, but otherwise you'd need to use a lot of focus runes instead of quick recharge / bleed.
I'd add another lvl 9 CD gem on Leaping Dragon and Flash Heat Fang ideally. Lightling Kick is really not important to have a higher lvl CD gem on since the skill is already almost 4s CD. The only reason I still have so many lvl 7 gems is because I'm prioritizing my alts atm, most of them have almost full lvl 7 gems despite being 1620+. Gotta get that fixed before T4.

What's is your engraving and how much swift/crit do you have? I only got around 65% crit rate

so u didnt take lv9 cds on your fi wd, would you say you dont need them? are 7s fine for cooldowns as a full swift 4dom 2nm fi wd?

Eso will still be better in terms of DPS.
