A priest within a bad area pretty much have to learn to protect themselves... Batman. Lol
I may be a bit biased because my son is a police officer but this was brought up one time, have you ever noticed when there is an active shooting situation the general population is running away from the gunfire but you see the police running towards it. That goes against all human nature but thank goodness we have the police and first responders to keep us safe. Just as father said they run towards danger.

Yeah and what is very sad many american catholics are in favor of denying those who escaped asylum here. Not just from Haiti but most of latin america in general.

I get the sense that this Priest and his brother Priests are not the kind of men that would have allowed COVID-19 to prevent them from administering the Sacraments to their flock...or closing the doors of their Church
I dont think he is the kind of priest that would endanger the lives of his flock either from gangs or a pandemic
Theres a difference between giving ppl a pass if theyre afraid to go to church and get sick, and saying were not letting you come to church.

04/12/2121 Good account of how despicible people operate! We need to talk about the consequences of actions leading to HELL. The Church ln Haiti and elsewhere should TELL these ratbags that that is where they will end up is they keep up their putrid behaviour; without repentance. Same for drug manufacturers, sellers, pedephiles, sex abusers etc, etc.

@@userPs91victory yes i am. I saw that he is wearing what appears to be a wedding band. There are cases where Catholic priests can be married. Such as converts from other faiths , or from Eastern Catholic Church’s who are in communion with Rome. Either way Father Louis is a tremendous priest.
Catholic Priest take a vow of abstaining for sex. they do not marry.
Meanwhile our priests can't even cook their own meals...
