Well, if you were to check the spike's hitboxes, you would see that the hitbox is actually towards the tip of it rather than the bottom. Besides, he's using noclip, if a player touches a spikes hitbox when using noclip, then the screen will pulse red (as you can see throughout the video) and as you can see with your own two eyes. The screen doesn't pulse red whenever he is clearly touching the spike, just not the hitbox of the spike. If you don't believe me, try touching a spike from the bottom in the editor and you will CLEARLY see that the ship just clips through it. If you can clip through the spike from the bottom in the editor, you can clearly do it in normal mode with no hacks as well. Also, I tried this on mobile and tried to clip into a spike through the bottom and it worked without any hacks.
