A clean swell, offshore winds and a fun bank is certainly a good start to the day! It doesn't happen every day but you have to appreciate the days like this when everything comes together! Tommy Mack your probably in the wrong place on your board, try popping up further back on your board, most people pop up with their back foot over their fins

Funny recommendation, I’m from Texas mostly surf BSR but few times a year I go to California Just last week I went to topanga stayed in a cabin, the morning of my departure I got up at 6 and immediately hit the road (i was 10 min from beach) it was peeling man, took 5’8 fish out not big waves maybe 4-5 feet but it was empty and sun was coming up. Complete bliss
You might know this tip with the wax, but the lighter and more fluid you apply the better the bumps are. When you’re more more aggressive you can strip off the base coat and or just smear the wax, which makes it more smooth and slippery! Bumps are your friend, yeeew ripping as usual! I get when you’re in a rush since it’s firing though, aha looks like you were itching to get on it said fuck the wax! 😂🤙
Sweet as waves. Did u ever face sharks while in water? I've lived in new Zealand for a while and every time went surfing I freaked out about those prick sharks
