Haha good video. Make sure to get rid of air bubbles in the radiator properly. It's a pain in the rear end to do it right. In the winter you won't notice it but when it gets hot it'll let you know.

      Hey Turkish express!
The front wheel was lifted two feet off the ground, and both cylinder heads had the air bubbles bled out (not pictured here)
      Thanks for looking out!

The black paint/coating sucks. You made the right choice buying the the polished one.

I always throw horns away as the exhaust BRAAAAP!!!! is infinitely louder and hopefully more terrifying to cell phone users.while they drive.

It’s hard to play musical horns at the stoplight with your buddies when you don’t have one... Not sure why you’d deprive yourself of that. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Yup the oem radiator sucks. I replace my ktm duke 200 radiator with a performance aluminium dual fan setup. Overheating problem solved. Yeet the old one. I also replaced the coolant fan and seals while I'm at it.

What happened to the radiator? I took my perfectly fine bike to the dealer for a valve adjustment and the top left of the rad was leaking when I got it back. They said a rock must've hit it.

This one was crushed in a wreck. Hairline crack at the rad supports. Cracks and leaks after normal use are common on these bikes...

How well had it help up so far. Is this radiator stronger material than oem cuse it looks like the ears on top will still eventually cause the same issue.

No problems so far, but it's been a track bike, so road hazards and wheelies have been less of a stressor.

Is the water passages thicker than the stock one and especially where the ears up on top are. I’m looking at my 690 and I noticed that it’s thicker on top and bottom.

Chose the wrong radiator. That's for Gen 1, you needed Gen 2, that's why it didn't fit. lol

Didn’t fit on the Gen 1 that I own either... 😅

So a Chinese gen 1 radiator works and fits the gen 2 ? Cheers
