Been using FIU since I started playing. I did three randoms and picked them. Their QB is a beast! And after year two I got a player drafted from position change but don’t want to give it away. Solid team a lot better than I thought.

Hey mmg just a tip for future dynasty’s (ik this one is online so it might not apply as much) but you made a comment on how you didn’t want to pour hours into 2 stars (that had you ranked 5th) and how florida had a good influence on another two star. The thing is that those big schools are not offering on two stars, i’ve found in my New Mexico rebuild that a lot of 2 stars (and sometimes 3 stars) go unnoticed by bigger schools and even a lot of small schools because they’re all going for 4 and 5 stars, so you can snipe a lot of 3 and 2 stars by just offering then scholarships. Most of the time you immediately jump to number one on their board and can go from there, and if they don’t put you in their top 8 you can just remove them and give the scholarship slot to another player. Another thing that can be really helpful is using the sorting methods. By clicking X twice on the interest column you can pull up every player by how interested they are in you. This will immediately pull up everyone that has you ranked in their top 10 so you don’t have to sort through the garbage. Sometimes the recommended tap isn’t always the best because i’ve had instances where it wasn’t suggesting 4 and 5 stars that had me ranked really high. A few weeks into the season, you can sort by 4 stars/3 stars and sort by the rightmost column (the one that says offers) and it will pull up the guys that have no offers (Make sure to only do this a couple weeks in). If you offer them scholarships there’s a chance that they accept. A lot of the big colleges miss on these players and that’s how i’ve been able to accelerate rebuilds and snipe players. Really really try to go for higher tier players early on in the recruiting process because there’s 3 and 2 stars galore just waiting to be sniped as late as the TRANSFER PORTAL. The strategy that works the best for me is to focus on as high a player as i think i can get and then when I get 4 weeks of 500+ hours in the transfer portal I can fill the rest of my recruiting space with 3s and 2 stars (this is with a now 3 star New mexico team so you might only be able to do 2 and 1 stars).Just a couple tips, love your content man keep it up!

When setting up your recruiting board before the season starts you want to just slam out all your ours in scouting and then hand out a few scholarships once you you have like 60 hours left. (Also after that period its not really worth scouting. Use those ours on actions)

Once you find their interests you can hard sell the three interests you have and it gives way more influence and less hours than send the house. You can also find players with “open” status in the recruiting bored that usually don’t have any scholarships and if you offer them one and start putting hours on them it’s super easy to go to the top of their school choices and getting them to commit! Also athlete QB’s are always busted!!

The hours for the preseason is only for scouting so you should use all of them and offer scholarships to everyone you want then so it doesn’t hurt your hours for the rest of the year. I’ve also found to not fill out my board with all 35 and only do about 15-20 players to be able to focus on those players more. It’s easy to get better players and if you end up losing certain players then you can add other players to your board even open guys who are not being targeted by anyone. I normally save about 5-10 spots for the transfer portal as well because it is so important to get players from there
