    Awesome perfection work, I would put transparent paintprotection film on the panel for further saveguarding for stone damage - Nice content.

    Great job!
    I had always assumed that the black trim panels were not painted but covered with plastic film!
    It's great design that they're so easily replaced.

    Thank you for all these videos! I used to have a 2004 XC70 and have had only p2 Models in the past, but am really looking forward to purchasing one of these some day. I appreciate that there's support for the DIY portion of repairs.

    Fantastic stuff. My XC60 has a dent on one of these panels probably when previous owner opened the door into something. With this video I'll be able to remove it and perhaps fix the dent from the inside.

    Hello and thank you for your videos, I have a question I own a xc90 2.5T 06 with 202500 miles, recently did the timming belt, tensioners, water pump, but looking at the video where you flush the transmission oil, mine is not so red no more do to South Florida temperatures, aged and miles, do you think would be wise to flush transmission fluid, please let me know, thank you.

      If never was changed. I would not risk. If it was done at some point, change it.

      volvosweden when I bought at 120000 miles the timming kit as whole was done, and it seems they service the car but never got records of it.

      Yes have it changed and the filter changed by a Volvo or transmission specialist, don’t try it yourself because it’s expensive if you mess it up.

    After drilling the rivets, how did you get out the parts of the rivet that fell inside the door?

    • @evgenykosourov5958
      @evgenykosourov5958 6 років тому +2

      I did not disassembled the door and take out the part of the rivet. The door at the bottom has drainage holes. Over time, the rivet will fall out of the door

      I'd just leave them, they are aluminium so won't rust.

    • @0YouCanCallMeAl0

      I'm not worried about rust, I'm worried abut it rattling in there and pissing me off.
