IT and FH lip syncing are quiet the same. F3 your character from the front and make it talk in local, you should see it's lips moving (Unless you don't have lip sync on).

When you are in Feral Heart, do you need to have it in fullscreen? And is there auto lip sync in Feral Heart? If there is, where?
