Played all the tomb raider games....makes me wonder...WHY HAS NOBODY DONE A NEW VIDEO GAME BASED ON THE MUMMY SERIES?!? it would be soooo cool to play as Rick and go through the events of the story. I get there were games but we need newer games

I've never played a Tomb Raider game and only have 2 hours in shadow of the tomb raider and I knew everything already, this video is a waste of time !
So it okay to play shadow of the tomb raider without knowing anything about the other ones? I bought this one because it was one sale not realizing that there were others before shadow lol

hey im stuck in the hidden village right now, i cant find anything to do, ive talked to everybody, changed outfits different times, did all the side quests, but now i cant figure out anything else to do to make progress in the story, does anybody know if theres something im missing?
Check the main mission? The first one is to go into a temple to the south of the map, a cut scene with the boy will play when you approach the entrance.

number one is the worst advice,
don't just run straight through as most likely you will be going for the hard mode after completing, hard mode removes all eagle sight, so items and baddys are not highlighted, so take your time on your first playthrough get everything you can.
some areas are blocked in those sections because you need certain gear you get later in the story. some sections had areas where you needed a knife or a specific weapon

Is hunting optional? I played the demo and loved it but I don't want to kill animals. Can I skip hunting?
Some parts of the game will require you to kill animals, I think. (Only played a few hours, so not entirely sure.)

Nah you can completely ignore it, you get plenty of resources from caches and monolith treasures. Even then I never needed to craft anything.
There are some animals that are attack you, but other then that there is absolute no need for you to go out of you way to hunt down an animal.
