This was Extremely informative and it makes total sense! I'm quitting coffee and drinking organic lemonade instead. I bought a 2011 trek 1.5 and I am getting into the best state of health and shape ever. I'm 56 years old and working on me for once in my life. You and Natasha are lifesavers with your honesty. THANK YOU for taking the time to do these videos! We need the truth you share. 😀

I have been trying to get off antidepressants but every time my dose gets lowered my anxiety and depression comes back 1000 times worse, but I did not think about the caffeine. People say caffeine makes them feel awake and wired or whatever, but it does not do that to me. However, I do know I am addicted to coffee so it's definitely doing something to me. @@returnedfrompanama Depends on if your gut is acclimated to that amount, how hydrated you are, the energy demands (are you working out, or doing nothing?) and also how fuelled you have been in the previous 48 hours. Too many variables to say, but excess gets burned off as heat or peed out as urine.

I only would have one cup of coffee in the morning with breakfast. Then I started doing intermittent fasting and skipped breakfast, along with the coffee. Well I found out coffee is good and has antioxidants etc, so I would occasionally have a cup with lunch. Now I found coffee is a stimulant to the colon, so after lunch, I had to be close to a bathroom if you know what I mean!

Durianrider is right. It’s too much FAT (especially the hydrogenated fat) that causes fatty liver. During a recent scan, my brother started showing early signs of fatty liver. Do you know what the doctor prescribed? Don’t eat foods fried in oil/lard/shortening, and reduce fat grams (and reduce/eliminate alcohol). The doctor said nothing about reducing sugar intake.

One think I have done for years is braggs vinegar, cayenne pepper, Ginger and garlic blended up. About 4oz worth in the morning. Trying to keep my body less acidic. I eat healthy but its missing something and I believe it could be sugar from good sources. Low on salt also made me tired so I had to pick that up aswell.

Do you know what any other potential causes of anxiety could be? (deficiencies, anything?)
I hit up the carbs pretty hard (always have a huge bowl of cereal and I pour in so much sugar that there's always excess at the bottom, drink at least 2 big cups of juice a day, always have a fair bit of rice or potatoes with whatever lunch/dinner), I drink a generous amount of water and I usually sleep more than 7-8h a night but I just can't seem to shake this really anxious feeling everyday when I wake up and especially when I have appointments, work, uni, whatever coming up.
It wasn't like this maybe 3 years or so ago so something has definitely fallen out of balance. Any ideas?
