    Sir plz reply Dena 🙏🙏 Mera gas ki wajah se kya weight Kam ho Raha hai or pet me khane ke baad chati me thoda jalan jaisa lagta hai or baithne or sone me comfortable nahi lagti hai kya kare plz reply

      Gas ki wazah se aap proper kha nai paate jis k karan badhajmi v ho jati hai so aap khana kam khate ho is liye weight kam ho rha hai.
      Aisi cheeji khaiye jo gas kam bnati hai
      Exercise krien
      Fluid intake
      Avoid cold drinks medicine jo pet pe asar dalti hai
      Avoid spicy food.

    Sir jb me khana khata hu to wo attka hua feel hota hy . breathing issue hy, night sweating hoti hy, feverish feeling hoti hy ,nose dry rhti hy ,sore throat rehta hy aur stomach pain hota hy thand bhi zyda lagti hy

      पूरे दिन थोड़ी-थोड़ी मात्रा में खाते रहें।
      धूम्रपान छोड़ दें
      अपने बिस्तर के सिरहाने के पायों के नीचे कुछ ईंटें रखें। इसे कम से कम 4 इंच से 6 इंच तक ऊँचा रखें।
      भोजन करने के कम से कम 2 से 3 घंटे तक न सोएं।
      दिन में सोने के लिए कुर्सी का उपयोग करें।
      ज़्यादा तंग कपड़े या तंग बेल्ट न पहनें।
      यदि आपका वजन ज़्यादा है या आप मोटापे से ग्रस्त हैं, तो व्यायाम और आहार में परिवर्तन के द्वारा वजन कम करने का प्रयास करें।
