-make quagmires head a little bigger

Bro peter made a mistake of corrupting Joe now Joe's has his legs now he is stronger
I think they should make Joe a little bit smaller, but other than that this is peak!
In Family Guy, Joe is about an inch over 6 feet tall (before he was put in the wheelchair)
